・Vehicle Info
This function lets you see data like: odometer, trip A/B, fuel economy, riding range, service reminders, etc.
・Riding Logs
Riding logs show location data and riding data like date, time, route, trip distance, trip time, speed, lean angle, etc. A graphic-style display mode and 3D playback view are also available.
・Tuning
This feature enables checking or changing settings of various electronically controlled systems like traction control or electronically controlled suspension systems etc.
・Telephone and Mail Notices
The app provides a simple way to see smartphone notifications on the motorcycle’s instrument panel, offering the added convenience of being able to leave a smartphone in the pocket or riding bag while on the bike.
・Sharing/Ranking
The app can record the user’s profile, location, and Riding Logs, which can then be shared, allowing users to find other users in nearby areas or with similar interests. Riders can also opt to share their statistics, where they can be displayed in community ranking lists and compared to other users.
・Maintenance Logs
The app offers the ability to see the bike’s maintenance history and stay on top of routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, consumable parts replacement, and periodic inspections via maintenance logs.

・Battery display for EV/HEV models
For EV and HEV models, the vehicle info display includes battery level and battery voltage.
・Mid-ride data
The app tracks the user’s ride for a Riding Log from the moment recording begins, and for EV and HEV models, allows them to check their current ride midway through on their smartphone.

The "User’s Log" riding log sharing function for EV and HEV models includes the ability to search by keywords and hashtags. (Previously, search results only found and showed exact matches, but it is now easier to find more loosely related search results.)

By providing a one-word message on their profile, riders can share something quick and concise about themselves to more easily connect with others.

It works then it doesn’t work or has a connection problem .. not smooth at all… it does work but it also doesn’t work sometimes … so far is more of a pain

This app is trash
This is my 3rd attempt to get this app to work on the second Kawasaki motorcycle. First two attempts took place over a year ago. Both failed because the app thought I was riding the bike while setting it up. Huh?! It told me to stop. Like I was as stationary as a rock and yet it kept on insisting. Now I have a new bike and a new try with the app. Guess what now - “logout because used logged in on another terminal”. What are you dreaming?! You can’t sign me out elsewhere and login here. Instead it logs me out immediately because I logged it somewhere else a year ago? What is this? A financial institution or darn entertainment app?! Complete garbage. Do not waste your life on this app.

Got the app to finally work on a 2020 H2 SX SE
I had the issue of the app not pairing with the bike. It would try to pair and get to the screen with the passcode and then it would disappear. Tried many times and gave up. So I thought about it and put my iPhone into airplane mode. Turned off my Apple Watch (it has messed with pairing on my Cardo), just turned on Bluetooth and BAM! Worked perfect. I don’t know if this helps anyone; I hope it does. Was going to give this one star but decided on 3 because of the hassle of getting it to work.

Why on earth would you create an app in this day and time and have an e-mail notification on the instrument panel? Wouldn’t a text message notification make more sense? I mean does any kid that purchases this even know what an e-mail is?
Just frustrating that I was so excited about having that text message notification on the 23 zx-10r screen, imagine my disappointment when it turned out to be e-mail only….

Update from Awful
Paired the bike the first time and after that it wouldn’t pair. Deleted the app, started over, no joy. Turned off Bluetooth on phone and back on, no joy. I have several bikes that pair perfectly, this one is a non starter

NEVER connects
This is the first time I have reviewed an APP. I decided to because this APP is horrible! I was excited when I purchased the bike that it would link to my phone for on screen navigation and notifications. It turns out it is extremely difficult to get it to pair the first time and repeatedly there after. What a joke. Even when it was connected it did not do 1/2 the things promised. GREAT GREAT bike, WORST APP. Please KAWASAKI fix this horrible tech fail.

Major headache
After an hour of trying to figure out how pair, referring to owners manual for the motorcycle & watching YouTube(what they had on their screen was totally different than what I was seeing) I Logged in for 1st time and screen just stayed blurred with a connection icon just spinning. Don’t have all the features and its really a disappointment. 1 star only because Zero stars wasn’t an option.

Drops connection often. But the worst is the data is never ever close to accurate. I went on a 90 mile ride. Said my average speed was 2mph and in 6th gear the whole way at 0rpm. The so called animation of the bike is laughably awful. The entire app needs to be rewritten. It’s just absolute junk.

Very sad app
Very unreliable, has ceased logging maps,and the latest app does not have the new features as advertised in its description. Either that's product management incompetence or false representation.
Kawasaki really needs to improve their app, and clearly state what vehicles support which app features.
They should also make accommodations for adjustable fonts, with my glasses I have 20/20 vision but some of the widely varied font sizes are super tiny.
The framework is there for a great app, but they got some major shoring up to do.
