Loving It!!
This game is beautiful and relaxing. It also has the perfect combination of riddles, match 3 and hidden objects, but in a whole new way that I haven’t seen before. I really like the journal with all the info about the game, what you found, characters you meet, etc. …. Well, time to go back to climbing the mountain… 😁

This game is not working and I can’t find a way to notify support
I’m sorry but this game has some serious bugs and I am frustrated because I paid $5 for it. Every time I either finish talking to a character or I lose a match 3 game it won’t let me restart the upside down cone. I have to quit the game and restart it to get the cone to open. Also, it froze one time and when I quit inside a game it didn’t refresh the orbs I had collected to use in the game. I’ve had to restart it with each new opening on the path. Please fix this and let me know it’s done. I’m giving up for now. Update on 1/22 - Support still has not responded to my comment. Don’t buy this game if you are reading this.

Sweet Game, but Part 2.. match puzzles are Impossible
! I have ended the world a few times going through this. It’s not fun anymore. .enjoyed much of it.. also the map doesn’t always help since paths are close and some allow bird transport..and others none. Will set aside or dump.. I am not a Candy Crush girl. Okay, so I am going up to the second King and cannot complete the 3match. Am already at -5… how do I pass this? Please!!

Wow. This game is really special.
I have tried/played a lot of games and until Rocco’s Island, I hadn’t found a game that reached Monument Valley level. The big important ingredients that make a game enjoyable were smart and seamless but the fun is found in all the fabulous details. You must make more please! Well done 👏🏆

It’s Bejeweled with a story
You like Bejeweled? Not really? Well, save your money.
Every few steps you have to complete a Bejeweled puzzle. And each one you have to beat in X amount of moves. And it gets tough FAST.
To add insult to injury, each time you can’t complete the Bejeweled puzzle, the previous one you beat comes back and you now have to go back beat that one again.
And to add to the pressure, there’s an in-game clock. It starts at 35 and every time you can’t beat a Bejeweled puzzle, it goes down by 1. I assume when it gets to 0 you get a Game Over.
I’m deleting Rocco’s Island. I thought it was going to be more than it is. But alas, it’s a Bejeweled game with a seemingly neat story sprinkled around it.

Interesting
This is a unique game. Very different from a lot of the other ones you find here in the App Store. It gets you to thinking and has lots of different puzzles. It keeps you wanting to figure out what is really going on in this story.

Great job with this game!! I’m an avid game player, mostly adventure & match 3, and I love how this game combines the two in a unique way. Thank you developers! Keep ‘em coming please!

The good, the not so good
So, I love the graphics, interesting story, but, the matching puzzles are far too difficult….I do have experience playing matching puzzles, and my IQ is not low, so, not sure why they are stumping me.
Maybe I need to buy the full game? But, not sure I want to do that if it takes several tries to win a game, takes the fun out of it.

Beautiful game!
I loved the game but experienced some frustration at the end because I couldn’t pass a level and there was no way to get a booster to help you along if you get stuck. So, I ended up paying for a game that I couldn’t even complete!

Keeps crashing
I started off liking this, but it keeps crashing (on an iPad, paid version). I can’t progress any further b/c character is frozen in mid-walk, no matter how many times I restart the game.
Some of the match-3 levels are very challenging. Also, the game’s themes and tone are quite dark. Whimsical characters and fairy wonderland aside, underlying story is about recovering from trauma.
