Rookies Hack 2.1 + Redeem Codes

We just downloaded the new version and love:
1) the new interface
2) the new card types
3. save to Camera Roll!

We use this to make our favorite family photos into cards we can share.

For Christmas we got four twenty-packs (80 total cards) for our son and for our daughter, and they loved them... as did their friends at school!

We like to include:
- photo and description on the front
- the story of that day's activities on the back
- GPS coordinates and other fun facts on the back
- This is awesome!

Requested enhancements:
1. Copy/Paste from the fields does clear them but does not actually update clipboard... Cannot paste into Notes, for example
2. Need folders... I would like to move the cards from our Christmas order into there, for future reference, and just see the new cards we are creating for the next order
3. Card back with more text only options... Let us write more words and better adjust the fonts for bigger letters
4. More landscape-oriented card options
5. Camera Roll... It's likely that the next card we make is closer in the camera roll to the last photo we selected than the end of the roll... So update the app to remember where we last were in the Camera Roll and start there... Better.. Make this a user option to select current / end of roll or "the last photo you were on"

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. My 7 year old told me early in the season that he wanted a rookie card someday. After searching I found the Rookies app and was so impressed with both the quality of the cards as well as the service provided. I emailed the company to see if I could get the cards expedited in time for the teams awards night. They responded promptly and were able to ship the cards out just in time. Thank you, Rookies app, for making a memorable gift for our team to treasure!! I’ll be back again next year!!

July 2022: I ordered some packs of photos of the family/kids a few years and loved them. Great quality, extremely well executed by the folks at Rookies and very much like real baseball cards in every way. I just ordered more today, can’t wait for them to come. It’s actually a lot of fun building the cards, you can have a lot of fun with what you have printed on the backs. Thanks Rookies!

UPDATE: the cards came and they turned out great. Rookies is pretty awesome.

I really enjoyed using the app and think it will make a great birthday gift. I did wish that the cards were a little more customizable. Especially with the text-- Sometimes I wanted there to be less text on a card. I had an issue with the back of the card that sometimes I would type into the fun fact text area and it would cut off my text. It didnt seem to have anything to do with the length because sometimes longer text would work and sometimes not. I look forward to future versions of this app with more customizable options for colors, text, font, and graphics.

**Update** This is my third time ordering and I still love this app. I will say that all the colors not being available on all cards and zoom in and out on some cards makes some not usable depending on picture or uniform colors. If that's my only gripe then I'm okay as there are no real competitors in this market. **
I absolutely love this app. If all colors were available on all cards that would be great. Also if there was more editing of photos (being able to zoom in or out) it would be perfect. The customer service is excellent. I emailed an issue before the last update and the creator emailed me back with a high quality photo directly to me with the fix.

I must say I was a little confused while using this app. At first I just tried to navigate myself with out any assistance. ***** Before you place your order ****** contact the customer support team with any questions you may have or changes you may want. Chances are you can do it. These cards can be made to look just like Major League trading cards. This will include making a back side with more information.

I’ve been using Rookies for the last 4 years each time I take photos for Little League and Softball leagues. They always look fantastic each year and the app is easy to use. I think the only constructive criticism I could give is that I wish they had more colors to offer on the cards. Some team colors are yellow and even pink but those colors don’t appear to be available. Other than that, Rookies is awesome!

I love this app. The cards are amazing and it’s fun to receive them in the wax wrap. I make a pack for my little league teams each season and they love ripping the packs open when they get them. The support on the app is also amazing. They’re always there with a answer for any questions I send. You can tell they care about their customers and their product.

Great app. I make custom orders every year to get signed by players who aren't big enough to have their own cards. The players will love the cards just as much as you. I made a set for the Arkansas Razorbacks football team and it was a great conversation starter with the players and I'm actually still friends with those players today. My only problem is the price for a 20 pack. I feel like 15 shipped would be a better price.

I just found this app while looking for a custom card generator and I am addicted!! I’ve made some for my kids and their friends and then other custom player cards of celebrities to try to get autographed. I can’t recommend this app enough. Super easy to use and lots of fun designs. I would love to see a couple more design option especially some more landscape versions in the future.
