Don’t workout
Works on everyone’s phone but mine Idid everything the same way and it doesn’t work tried to register and said already registered don’t know how this is the first time I have security cameras so I tried my husband’s email and it said the same thing. Please help me with this I can’t figure it out not even with the instructions on my hand. Only works on local login on the other phones.

It does not work on my iPhone XR
The app works well on my iPad but not on my iPhone XR. I have uninstalled and reinstalled installed but it doesn’t work on the phone.

GARBAGE APP
my security camera guy can login on his android, I can’t log in on my iPhone. Says operation failed. No help available at all. $5000 security system and were looking at having to change software because RView doesn’t have ANY HELP AT ALL. Bad company bad app do not use
