Need more customization
Great app except for a few things that need to be updated
1. Ability to have night vision off all the time
2. It would be great to be able to make a schedule for when notifications are on
3. Better scrolling option to see recorded video
4. Big one: notifications should identify which camera had motion
5. These cameras are always set a odd angles. It would be nice to be able to draw an odd shape for which areas get notifications. Instead of choosing from a grid pattern.
6. Bug: when notified of motion I look at the live video. Great but it doesn’t record what’s happening if the video is watched live. So if you witness something live on the camera it doesn’t record to watch again. Big issue

Zero stars!
The camera and app was working okay (although the app would constantly crash and freeze) for about 5 months until after an update. Now it doesn’t recognize me as a user. I tried to start all over and set it up as a new user with no luck. The app continues to say that the camera is unrecognizable or incompatible to the app... so the camera AND app are of no use. I tried emailing at the email listed on their website and received an undeliverable message. I tried texting them at the message link and no one ever replied. There is NO way to communicate with them about this. It’s garbage.

Update is not working properly
The update is not working really good. When used with iPad is acting very weir and full screen has a problem with orientation. App is somethings crashing suddenly. I don’t see a control for notifications with audio and is constantly bothering. Is nice to have a notification but not the sound, only the dialogue.

What is going on
Hello, you guys updated your app and now it doesn’t work, it was perfect the way it was it did its job. I could sleep in peace knowing that I can just open my eyes and see my child sleeping in her room or if she needed it me I could hear her with no problem. Now the app doesn’t stay open or on, it keeps closing and I have to enter password all the time, like every 3 minutes. Again it was fine before, now I have to find a replacement if this keeps happening.

Loved it until….
It’s worked like a dream until it just slowly stop letting me do thing. I can’t view my messages anymore. I can’t add new cameras. I can’t even talk through the cameras that are working. I really need these things fixed so I can’t keep an eye on my kids

Unknown if it’s app or camera
So I’ve been trying to record video on these cameras with this app for quite some time and it only records when I hit the record button through the app for the camera, but the second I hit the back arrow or close out the app it doesn’t record anything. What’s the sense in having the cameras to record if I constantly have to have the view opened on my phone to watch anyway? Completely pointless

Glitch on saved videos
You can no longer scroll forward on the saved videos. Also you can not save the recording anymore.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY
This is the most complicated, sophisticated app you could ever even THINK of and once you figure it out, it doesnt even work. The app is garbage, confusing, freezes, leaving your camera USELESS, this is a waste of money, ive installed and uninstalled the app 5 times and same response, i have never been so disappointed in my life. I wish there was an option for 0 stars, i am embarrassed to give them even 1 star for this useless app. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

No audio from room where monitor is in.
The mic to talk to the room works but I can’t hear anything from the room with the newest update which is super important for a baby monitor. I wish the camera would allow you to rotate the image 90° instead of just 180°. The camera looks at the baby bed sideways because of it.

Terrible update
It was working great until the update. Now the screen times out after a couple of minutes while before we can have it on all night since we use this to watch our baby. When you turn to landscape mode, the view skews and will not be right side up. It also made the screen smaller since we view it on an iPad mini. Please fix these issues.
