An App that makes yoga accessible

The Sadhguru App is a living mantra to one’s life. From my experience, it has been a joyful way to live consciously, checking oneself and being grateful to have yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice to jumpstart the day. You can always begin again. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I am grateful to have access to help me stay conscious of my practices and be aware of the choices I make in my life and relating to the world around me. It has also enriched my experience with my Catholic upbringing, curiosity about Buddhism, and being open to experience various spiritual practices beyond the religion I was baptized. Great content!!

This app is the best source for understanding yogic teachings which have been promulgated at least since the Younger Dryas, the beginning of what we call history. Sadhguru has complete knowledge of the principles discovered over the aeons by dedicated yogis and passed down to the present, though rarely in pure form. Sadhguru tells us of the pure form in simple but very eloquent and insightful language which avoids baffling theoretical terms. The vast amount of talks and writings he provides gives us the opportunity to triangulate the Truth from our limited perspectives. At least that’s my opinion. It is definitely worth your while to spend time with him in order to find your own opinion and perhaps more. Namaskar!

Must have on your iphone

This app is incredible and transformational. The content, practices, outreach which isha has done is just plain spectacular. Honestly the whole world needs this app, but there always will be critics who will find a reason to not to. Dont take for granted the audio dispositions and the articles and videos shared. Life changing is a very mild term, it can revolutionize your existence and take you places where you have only prayed and wished for which you thought never existed. This is the power of this app.

For best experience, download this app and go to yoga practices and do “isha kriya” for 3-4 weeks just to start and your life will pivot for an incredible experience. Highly recommend!!!

Notifications need work

I really like the content of this app very much. My only issue (hence 4 stars) Is that when you are given a notification by the app and you click on the notification to take you to that particular bit of information… the link instead takes you to the app instead of the article/video within the app. You then have to search for that particular article or news bit that grabbed your attention in the first place. My understanding of app notifications is that when you hit the link it takes you to to the specific article or video or content that you are clicking on. Otherwise, what’s the point of the notification? I do love the content and appreciate all the free information and resources. Quite grateful for it. 🙏🏼

My go-to app whenever I am down

This app helps me immensely in so many ways! The free meditations (once downloaded) give me access to my sadhana/practices wherever I am. The daily quotes and videos give striking perspectives when most needed. The collection of ‘Sounds of Isha’ give a variety of music that one can play all through the day.
But most IMPORTANTLY , Sadhguru Exclusive is a storehouse of unbelievable wealth for any spiritual seeker! It has helped me understand several esoteric things that one could probably get only by living close to a Guru. Very grateful for that 🙏🏼

Search engine & article notification

Sadhguru app is really helpful in many ways. Accessibility to every aspect at one place. However the below mentioned issues would make the app even more convenient to use: 1. Adding a search option for any topic would be even more easier to browse. 2. When an article pops up on phone notification, clicking on it doesn’t direct you to the same article in the app. It just takes you to the home page. Thank you Pranam.

Sadhguru Exclusive

Sadhguru exclusive (available through the app) has opened up my eyes to another side of Sadhguru. A raw and intimate side which I feel has helped me connect more deeply with him. I’ve been doing my daily sadhana without fail for the past 8 years. I’ve experienced immense transformation in myself. Yet, i am still coming to realize how important it is to keep my mind and emotions focused in the right direction. Sadhguru exclusive has helped me get my mind and emotions more focused on what is most important in my life.

I have been eagerly awaiting for the Sadhguru Exclusive to launch. Finally it has come! It is an opportunity for me to delve deeper as I explore more mystical aspects of this yogic path that I am on. There’s a bit of everything here Chants, practices, wisdom collections And the developers are very active on it The thing that caught my attention is that they are really working on connecting everything together in ways that will very efectively guide people. Sadhguru

Even speaking, most people have nothing to say—partly bc their words are compromised by their social role (politicians) or by the inanity of their belief (Christians). Listen to Sadhguru speak at MIT, or the daily wisdom videos, and the first thing that jumps out is the cogency, the wisdom; all expressed fluently, as if reading from a TelePrompTer. Another good speaker is Noam Chomsky...again, the same fluency, integrity of thawt. But Sadhguru is charming and delightful, refreshing. Luca of Indiana.
