Description
SaltwaterCA brings you selected recreational ocean fishing regulations for the state of California. No more digging through confusing web pages and regulation booklets for information related to abalone, crab, salmon, rockfish, sturgeon, etc. Simple drill-down menus take you quickly to the information you need to stay within regulations. Maps show your location in relation to the Marine Protected Areas, and provide information on what activity is permitted within the MPA. All information is contained within the app, so no cell service is needed (active web links and phone numbers will require an active Internet or phone connection). Requires iOS 12.0 or later.

Knowing where the restricted areas are is important but would be better if the app also contained all the fish pictures.

Information wrong
App says salmon season starts April 11 in my area. Well this is wrong information, there is no salmon season yet .they change the rules almost every year and have not made the season yet. This could get a person a ticket and confiscated fishing gear.
