So first, one thing you should know about me is that I NEVER do reviews. But in this case I had to. Where do I even begin. This is such and amazing game. I love the aesthetic that this has to offer and how this game has so many details. It took me a while to finish this. But I ended up finishing it in one day and doing nothing else. The thought process that was put into this is out of this world. It has so many weird twists and turns that you will be so into the game, that you will feel like you are actually in the game. All of the art in this game is so amazing, I find it as if it pulls you in for more. I could play this game for hours on end. That’s how good this game is. It really makes you think and when you finish the game, you will wish that there is more. This game has moved its way to the top spot in my leadership board and many others. I will continue to wait for more games like this, and i am really thankful that I found this game. So I just wanna say that the people that made this game, you all are so creative and so amazing. I would think that it would be hard and people would not make a game like this, but y’all did it! And y’all made an amazing game for your 5 year anniversary. So congratulations!! I can’t wait to play more games from y’all!! <3

I’ve never played any Rusty Lake games before. I was scrolling on my apple store game sections, bored and looking for a new game. That’s when I spotted Samsara room. I usually like escape room games, so I thought I’d give it a try. The second I opened the app, I fell in love with the art style. The pure aesthetic of the game truly peaked my interest. It was sort of creepy, but also very calming, and I like that. After exploring past the first level, I realized just how unique the game is. The aspect of entering different realms was so magical to me, and the different views and attributes of each dimension truly immersed me into the game. The more and more I played it, the more and more I grew fond of it. I love the riddles, the puzzles, the challenges. The puzzles weren’t extremely easy, but weren’t overly difficult, which is a nice change from other escape room games. Before I knew it, the game ended. Although I was sad due to my habit of rushing through games, I knew for sure that Samsara room was a game that I could play again, so I did. I played it again, and again, and again. No matter how many times I played it, I never got bored. This game is truly breathtaking, and I can’t wait for more Rusty Lake games, knowing that they will be impeccable.

I’ve never ever written a review for anything on the App Store but I really wanted to express how amazing Rusty Lake’s games are, never have I ever been so interested and entertained by a game series on the App Store. The art style is simple yet satisfying especially when you interact with the environment and figure out the puzzles. That’s the thing too, I’ve tried to find other games that can compare to the enjoyment I get when I complete one of their games, but the Rusty Lake games are so unique I really can’t find a close comparison which brings me to my next point. I have purchased every single Rusty Lake game and I believe it was worth every penny; what made it so special to me was I was starting to get worried whenever I was beating all the games, when I finally beat them all I felt genuinely sad that I had no more to play. So yes this game and any other Rusty Lake game is a 10/10 in my opinion and I urge anyone to give them a try if you enjoy a really beautifully put together puzzle game. If the developers happen to read this, you all do an outstanding job, please continue to create these master pieces so I can spend my money on them 😂

I almost never write reviews but this game is such a well-deserved exception. From start to finish this game is such a beautiful, unique experience and is miles above what I’ve come to expect from a mobile game. It is a perfect balance between puzzle-solving and storytelling with just a touch of horror in all the right places. Samsara Room has simple gameplay mechanics that build upon themselves brilliantly as the game progresses. The art style is gorgeous and combined with the music creates an eery, surreal atmosphere. You don’t have to enjoy or even like puzzle games to have fun playing this wonderful adventure of a game, I highly recommend it to anyone. I was surprised when I first played that the game was free to play as well! I’ve seen so many lower quality games that cost money (aka Apple Arcade) that are nowhere near the level of creativity and value Samsara Room brings to the table.
I’m very happy to leave a review and honestly felt obligated after playing what I would consider a masterpiece. Keep up the great work making amazing games like this one, Rusty Lake! All of the positive feedback you receive is well-earned :)

I’ve played countless escape room games off the App Store, and almost all of them have tons of ads and absolutely no story behind them. Basically you play it for five minutes and your done. This game is nothing like that. There are no ads (it’s a free game so it’s rare to have no ads), there is a story behind it if you look close enough and take the time to try and piece it together in your head, the controls are super easy on Mobil, and there was even a cool little ending to it. The game is difficult and there are no hints, but there is a walkthrough attached in the settings menu under the question mark. I only write reviews if the game is really good, and even then I barely ever give them five stars, but this game deserves it, it exceeded my expectations by so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes escape room games and has been struggling to find any good ones like me. Great game, good job developers, you are amazing and I can’t wait to download all of your other games right now to play them! ❤️

If you like puzzle games with a slight horror aspect you will absolutely be in love with all the rusty lake games like I am. I’ve been playing these games for years and have gotten my friends and family playing as well. The puzzles are so carefully thought out and the satisfaction you’ll get after you solve them feels really good. You don’t have to have played the games before this one or even play them in order but it’ll help you understand the story line and catch little eggs in there. (I recommend looking up the correct order to play) honestly the story is good and there’s so many plot twists and things you won’t see coming. but please to anyone who’s not sure about getting the game trust me and give it a try. You might get frustrated at some parts (I always do) but it wouldn’t be a good puzzle game without challenges. Rusty lake has some of the best games you can find on the App Store so to anyone who has some extra time on their hands or are into extremely well written puzzle games, this is the perfect game for you.

This game, which is kind of like an escape room puzzle, but not really about escape and much more new age-y, is not easy, but definitely worthwhile. The only ads you'll see are if you ask for a clue. But beware that the clues themselves sometimes require some interpretation and, in one case towards the very end of the game, requesting the clue for the daytime nest area only helps you to solve the first part of that puzzle (the part I had already figured out on my own), but not the second part. (Maybe if I had selected the clue option again it would have given me a different clue? But I did end up figuring it out on my own, so I'm kinda glad I didn't try that.)

This game is free and I solved it all in a few days of casual play, but, considering it was free, that was fine. When you finish this game, there's a link to another one by the same designers, which costs $2.99, so I think this game is partly there to whet your appetite for buying the next one. Consider my appetite whetted!

I absolutely never write any reviews (this is my first one) but I think this game deserves it. I had seen this game pop up on my recommended games a few times, but was hesitant to get it. When I was scrolling though games to get the other day, I saw samsara room and thought I’d give it a go. I was nervous the game would either be too easy or to hard, but it’s just the right amount of challenging, enough to make you think for a bit and have fun exploring. Immediately when I started the game, the aesthetic and function of the game had me sold, and the more I played the more interesting the game got. Samsara room had me ‘oohing’ out loud at the new interesting bit that I had uncovered in the game. Although the entire game only took a few hours to complete, my enjoyment of the game will last longer. I had never played a Rusty Lake game before this one, but I’m exited to say I’ll be playing some of their other games because of this one.

I always love these kind of games where you have to put your mind into completing it! It’s a kind of puzzle/trivia game that’s really out of the ordinary compared to other competitive thinking games; which is why this made it such a good game! I absolutely loved spending my time with this game. This game really focuses on thinking your way through it; even the hints provided don’t give you the full answer, it still makes you think, wonder, and put the problem together. It also seems as if this game was trying to make it a fun way to get people to there about the message they are trying to spread. The fish, worm, heart, and egg all played a sole purpose into making the ending so extraordinary. I absolutely loved this game. I recommend to anyone who enjoys a game with such thought out processing that makes it more fun than stressful. Props to the creators.❤️

I’m not only talking for cube escape- the entire series is so magical and beautiful, with eerie features and music making the game have a hint of creepy. As some of these games are very violent, I feel this is the honestly best experience I’ve ever had with a game. My favorite part is that there are no other people playing, so it gives it an errier style knowing your there alone. The art style of this game is genius and brilliant. I’d enjoy to purchase the white room because that would be a nice twist from the regular series, as is. Not saying the series is bad, it’s brilliant and my favorite (don’t ever end it please add more free games please!!!) this is my dead favorite series with some beautifully creepy art styles. I don’t know why but it gives me the chills. The series does include some dark humor, but this series is aimed towards teenagers. I think this game is the best game series ever.
