Mostly good puzzles, but buggy
I’m currently replaying from the beginning because all of my progress has been lost. I’m somewhat okay with it because I have a chance to improve on old games, won’t hit any slow spots, and catching up to the game I left off on will jog my memory from previous moments I forgot, but it’s pretty annoying still. Also, I don’t think the developers know how combination locks work. Spoiler: something like “left 40” means that you turn to the left until you hit 40, NOT that you move 40 spaces from your current number. You can’t say “no math” in the clue and then do that. I also wish that when you ask for hints in a puzzle, it doesn’t automatically skip the puzzle. Sometimes I’m just not clear on the mechanics. Make the first-person character have a voice and “talk to themselves” if necessary. Some of the things are downright implausible (sure, freezing your wallet is a total normal thing to do…), but I do like most of the puzzles and I’m finding this helpful in preparing for an escape room I have coming up. I’ve tried several apps and so far this is the best and most similar to the last room I did.

Too difficult to be enjoyable
It’s really not a terrible game. It’s just too difficult to be enjoyable. Having to watch more than one AD to get a hint is pretty ridiculous considering that it’s so hard to figure out the next step at some points that I HAVE to use a hint or I’m stuck. Also, the going back and forth between video hints and step by step hints within the game is pretty dumb on its own, as well as the “cut scenes” taking you to a browser to watch; it really should all be in the game itself. Also on getting hints, my inventory bar will disappear a lot of times whenever I watch an AD, whether from trying to get a hint or when I solves a particular puzzle. Overall, it is a pretty fun game with a really neat plot, but the steps are most times too difficult to solve on my own, and then when you try to get help, you have to watch anywhere between 1-6 different ADs, and then when you’re finally done, you have to force close the app and reopen it to use your inventory. I feel like these are minor inconveniences that are easily remedied and in doing so would make the game SO much better. I hope to see more games from this developer in the future and that they keep these things in mind when creating them.

Fun When It Works
The game has amazing puzzles and the graphics are nice but it tends to freeze in the middle of some of the puzzles and you have to completely exit the game and start the app over 🤦🏻♀️ it’s also frustrating when you are purchasing coins and it freezes and use your coins for nothing because the game decidesd to freeze it’s just a waste of money so I’m not going to purchase anymore coins until they fix this issue…..it would be nice to get some free hints maybe once a week as a bonus maybe do a 10 /20 minute thing where the hints are unlimited/ free for those minutes and it would be amazing to add the option to purchase an “ AD Free Version “ the ads are very annoying there’s just too many of them🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ other than the issues I just mentioned this is an amazing puzzle/ escape room game I will give it five stars if they fix some of the issue I mentioned 💯🙌🏼🤷🏻♀️💕🫶✨🥰

Stuck already
I played 50 rooms and got through the first 50. I can’t get out of the very first set of rooms on here. Lots of puzzles with numbers, no idea where the numbers should come from. Letters too, yet I’ve already used the one set I found. I’ve got a sledge hammer but I’ve poked every inch of the place with it and nothing. I’ve got a picture that moves but nothing else happens. A phone that you can take off the hook and I thought I heard whispers about stairs, but I don’t see any. So many things to interact with that seemingly do nothing. Tools that I can’t seem to do anything with. No explanations. I got a hint but it didn’t do much for me and now it says I need coins if I want anymore , but there’s no info on how many you need to get a hint. Not to mention that I can’t find a place to earn hints from watching ads. I also think that the ads feel longer when there’s no timer counting it down. So I guess I’m already done with this app. Too bad, it seemed similar to 50 rooms and I enjoyed that quite a while before hitting a paywall.

But here I am. I've finished the first room. The graphics are good, the controls intuitive.
Personally, I like to kick back and think on these things, so I hate having a timer. I wish there was a way to disable it, but so far it seems like you can just ignore it and get dinged on your "score" for the level (Did you do it or not? End of story. I don't get trying to "score" on something like this.
So far it seems o.k., but I'm pulling a full star for the deals ceaseless ads! The app store listing says you can pay $2 to get rid of them and I'm perfectly happy to do so... But there's no way I can find to make the in-app purchases! The ads along the bottom are bad enough, but the break-in, full screen ads when you solve a puzzle are incredibly disruptive, and not having any way to make the payment to turn them off is getting old *fast*. If I can't find a way by the time I'm out of the next room--latest--I'm just ditching the game.

Worked and then it didn’t…
I gave this game four stars because when it works, it’s a lot of fun and it’s challenging, which I like. I had this game on an older version of the iPhone, an 8+ I believe, and it worked perfectly.
I now have a iPhone 12+ and saw that new levels had been added since the last time I played. I downloaded it again and was able to open it and play through the first level again like I had done previously. I also restored my previous purchase of removing the ads from the first time I had the game.
After this, I closed the app to go to bed and the next day when I tried to get on it again, I pressed the icon, it started to come up and then immediately crashed back out to my Home Screen. It did this several times as I tried it several times hoping it was just a random hiccup like some apps have sometimes but no, I never even got back to the main menu of the game due to it crashing right after opening.

To whoever this reaches, I have recently downloaded the game today and was on my way to pass the first room. I had some trouble with the wires so I went for the hint. It took me to my Safari to show me how. That’s the problem however. When I went back into the I connected about one wire before my game crashed. I kept getting back into the app but it crashed over and over again to the point where I deleted it and redownloaded it. The crashing kept reoccurring and never wanted to go past the Spotlight screen. I find this really upsetting because this was one the games I really liked compares to the other escaping games i’ve tried. I really hope no one else is having this problem, but if anyone is, it’s even more a reason to have this issue fixed.

Love this game
I’m obsessed with these types of games and this is definitely one of my favorites. I really like the fact that it does not require you to pay to complete all the levels. Most of the puzzles are pretty challenging and really make you think. However there were quite a few of them that were a little too difficult and even after watching a walkthrough video the solutions made no sense tome. That is the main reason I didn’t give 5 stars. I did like the fact that you can watch a video to gain a hint but sometimes the hints either didn’t make any sense or the hint given was for steps I had already taken and it didn’t help me at all. But I guess I really can’t complain since I didn’t have to pay for the hint 🙂.
Overall this is a great game and I enjoyed playing it. I’ve finished all the levels available and I’m excited for the new levels to be released.

Fantastic game
This is a great game…..challenging but the graphics are a bit primitive. That is ok because it makes up for it in cerebral creativity. One of the higher level escape games that really challenges you to THINK. Negative….some of the graphics quality does interfere with game play when trying to find objects…I get they are hidden but sometimes TOO hidden….biggest complaint…your bonus for solving a puzzle…AN AD! OMG I wanted to throw the game across the room! After all the effort to solve a challenge, your reward is a blaring obnoxious AD! PLEASE put in the option to remove the ads …I will GLADLY PAY for this game! I actually stopped playing because of the ads…came back about four months later because this is one of the best escape games out there….especially if you really enjoy a challenge! Highly anticipating future games……..

No saving progress, no contacting support
I was having fun playing this game on my iPhone. And then within the first hour, what would happen either after I had solve the mini puzzle and an ad would pop up that covered the whole screen that you couldn't close, I would have to close the app. And I would lose all progress. It would tell me it looks like I saved progress on a different device and what I like to merge the two. The only problem is I do not have the game on any other device. I also tried pausing the game and exiting to the main menu a couple times, and I would lose all progress. After losing all of my progress about eight different times, I came on here to contact tech-support. But the tech-support link goes to a generic Zen desk Paige are you signed up for a trial of Zen desk, no where is their support for the app. It's fine until you keep losing all of your progress and have to start from scratch, and no way to get any help. Unfortunately that's why I give it a one. I would love to play it if that issue could be fixed.
