I like this app but I don’t like that you have to buy more credits or whatever they are called!!! I just wanna prank my friends for free!!! Like come on ! I would appreciate it if you could remove that but that’s the only thing I hate well bye!

Coins purchased would not load and unable to chat with support
I purchased coins to use in the app and it kept giving me an error message. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app without success. The prompt kept telling me transactions failed but when I looked at my account each transaction was debited from my account successfully. Still no coins available in the app to send a message. Attempted to contact support through the chat however i kept receiving error messages. Very disappointing...

Scammer!
I started a text and changed my mind. It said I used my “free text”. Fine. It said I had to add “coins” 20 for $0.99. I did. Apple said it was successful. I took a screen capture. The app however brought up a bar that said my purchase was unsuccessful. So I tried again. Same thing. I then decided to contact the maker. My options were chat now or email. I chose chat now. I prepared the massage explaining what happened and received “error”. Soooo there is no way of contacting them. DON’T waste your money here. This doesn NOT work.

Simply doesn’t work but does rip you off
Downloaded, and first thing I did was try to buy coins. I chose the lowest 20 coins so as to limit my risk to a dollar. Turns out good thing. It said payment successful, but a few minutes later said unsuccessful. But my Apple Pay was charged the 99 cents.
So this is worse than useless because it charges you for services not received, and now I have to go figure out how to dispute the charge on apple pay as fraudulent. Don’t waste your money.

Definitely as it says
I like that this is text only and the other side cannot call you back. Nice to be able to receive replies but it can be costly for a conversation having to purchase coins for each “send”. The downside is if u want to use this for conversations it isn’t cost effective. Use for forms and info companies may ask you.

This app works amazingly
It is just as if it was normal texting, except it’s a whole different number that is a different area and everything. I would definitely recommend this app.

Where are the rest of my coins
I am missing coins I paid for to send messages! How are you calculating and some of my text message do not send the entire message so you have to send another txt message which is wrong and unethical. I had to delete the app twice because it locks then you loose unused coins. Now the price has increased but how can I trust the site knowing these issues have not been resolved and I haven’t been reimbursed for lost coins

Poor customer service
I attempted to use the app but it didn’t credit the coins yet it was charged to my account twice. I tried sending an email and got a response that the email address wasn’t any good and I tried to use the chat service and it kept shutting down. They charged me twice and refused to refund my money when I never was issued the coins in order to use the app…

Secret text
Secret text is great! A good app. For when you need to communicate something of importance to someone, that isn’t willing to communicate with you. I’ve never needed nor used the App. For less than crucial instances!

Awesome App
Absolutely loves this app. It doesn’t seem to expire requiring one to register again like other apps. It changes the sending number with each usage.
