Please fix music on/off option
Downloaded app and enjoyed 30min of navigating through and I enjoyed myself. Went through the words of the day, recorded my voice to hear how I sounded and everything.
I log out and come back 4hrs later restart the app and there is music playing on every page through every activity and in the background of my voice record (sometimes louder)
I want to engage this app as I know it will help but the music is a bit distracting and causes frustration when trying to learn

Keeps force closing
First it was the music, which I think might’ve been fixed in this update. But now every time I click on the app, it doesn’t even open. I restarted my phone & everything, it still did the same thing. Then I tried uninstalling + re installing. That only worked for some hours before it went back to force closing. I don’t want to have to uninstall and reinstall the app everyday because it forgets that I’ve done the previous words of the day. An easy work around, but it’s not ideal especially since it makes you start from the words you already learned. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Won’t even let me sign up...... had to download on my crap and slow WiFi... wouldn’t let me use data.... I’m so upset because this is the curriculum that my teacher uses with me in lessons....1 Star......

Can be good but need music option Fixed!
I can’t hear the audio much because the background music is very loud. I want to buy the beginner pack with the native speakers voice but the background music is so loud that I don’t see the point in getting it until this is fixed. I tried turning off the background music but it’s doesn’t do anything. Please fix this! Also I wish there was an option to slow down the audio or speed up. It’s very fast

Background Music Won’t Stop
I will rate this higher once this is fixed, because it is a fantastic resource and other than the background music playing while I’m trying to hear the pronunciation of words and test my pronunciation, it would be 5 stars. Also, it would be helpful if there was a way to contact someone for help about issues like this within the app itself instead of having to come to the App Store to complain about it =\

Js needs a few updates and improvements.
I’d say it’s a good app but would really need some improvement. I wish they would update the app for ipad use because it is laggy. If complaining wasn’t a thing since we should be grateful of free things, i’d say that you can pick up a lot of new knowledge on this app.

This app has potential
This is one of the best apps I’ve ever had but there’s a few problems I’ve encountered that make this app difficult to use. When I used to log into my Sejong account after a day it logs me out. I have to repeat the process of downloading data....again. Now, my app just turns white.

Login/Signup
I have been trying for so long to create an account. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app like 10 times and even restarted my phone. My teacher told us to get the app and gives assignments from here so this is a huge inconvenience. The page where you choose how you want to sign up won’t stop loading. I’ve tried all four choices and I get the same loading icon and I can’t move on. Please help.

Music won’t turn off and I can’t listen to audio of examples because of it.
It’s important to fix this because we can’t hear the example when the music isn’t able to be turned off. I even changed the settings for the music to be off but it still won’t shut off.

Good app for 자습
There’s some glitch in the sign up process although I have an ID already, but I did the offline signup and it’s working fine. It’s hard to find an app with these kind of resources including the games for intermediate and advanced levels, so I’m happy overall.
