Auto reset setting every time it syncs
This new version keeps changing pound to kilos every time it sync with the scale. The previous version way fine.

Kilos to pounds
I’m having the same issues many people have complained about. I have set my scale to pounds, I set my app to pounds. I weigh myself, the app switchers to kilos although the scale continues to read in pounds. I have to wait until the scale is off before I can change my app back to pounds. This wasn’t an issue 6 months ago. Please fix it, you’ve created a wonderful product and managed to enrage your customers by allowing this bug to continue.

Accuracy
Very accurate scale in terms of body fat. Gives you a realistic percentage, unlike other scales that give you what you want to see instead of what you are supposed to see. Links good with apple health

App DOES NOT WORK With Scales
I was so excited when I got my scales. I set up my profile selecting Lbs and inches. When I get on the scales it weighs in kg. FIX THIS PLEASE, if not I’ll contact the company that makes the scales and explain the situation (other people are having the exact issue) and if it isn’t fixed, I want my money back cause it is useless to me the way it is right now

Last update is awful
I can’t use the scale since your last update. The app doesn’t recognize the scale. I use Kg and the scale shows me Lb
Your last update improvements of the UI. You made terrible got usability issues it’s extremely confusing to use.

App gets worse with update
The app has connection problems, it does not read the results obtained on the scale. App out of maintenance for a long time and when they update it, the app worsens to the point of being unusable. Waste of money and time, it is better to buy a well-functioning vessel from a recognized brand.

Annoying factor!
The annoyance of having to change units from kilo to lb every time isn’t worth it.
If you change units (kg to lb) but your phone is still in range of the scale, it auto resets to kg.
Every time you measure your weight, you’ll have to wait until the scale shuts off then switch units to see your weight in lbs.

Only Measures in Kilos
App used to work fine but now always switches to kilos even if the setting on the scale and app is in pounds. Happens every time you weigh yourself. Extremely frustrating that they took an app that worked very nicely and haven’t managed to figure out what they broke.

Lbs to Kg
The app was working fine until the last few months. I’ve set readings to pounds. Once I step on the scale the app instantly converts to kg. I go back to settings in the app to change back to pounds and the same thing happens all over again

App no longer works
Since the last update the app will no open. I’ve deleted and downloaded again updated my iPhone XR and still it’s not working.
