Unique practice app.
I love this app! There isn’t anything like it right now. Wish there were more users and that they would update it more and make it more exciting, but I love writing what I practiced and seeing when other people practiced, makes me less alone and somehow helps with the accountability. Also, writing down a general idea of what I did makes me more focused.
Free advice for the developers: make it easy to follow folks who just updated w their sessions. I want to find the current users, not ppl who aren’t updating. Give us little avatars. Model this after insight timer so it can become a real community.

Almost exactly what I’m looking for
I’ve used practice logs nearly all my life but never really felt like they helped me. I love this app bc it lets me put in the time but also lets me add a note about the practice session. This lets me see progress much more clearly than just time. More of a personal thing- but I love that this is FOR ME. All the practice logs I’ve had were for my teachers to grade, so this is really freeing to just put down whatever I was able to get done. Like other users have said, it actually motivates me to practice bc then I get to write a little note about what I did! I also like the adding friends thing, although it has been a little strange.
The only thing I wish was included was a sort of calendar tab that we could easily tap and see what we did for that day. The scrolling is nice, but if I want to see what I did 2 months ago I have to scroll all the way back. It’s annoying. I’ve also been looking for a way to backup my entries but I can’t find anywhere. So if that could be added, all the better.

The Best!!
This app helps so much. I actually feel more motivated to practice now. I find myself excited to log more practice minutes and also see other people practicing. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time and I’m so glad I found this.
That being said, I would like to see more features on this app! Some suggestions:
-iPad compatibility
-Practice streak counter
-The ability to like a comment
-Comment threads
-The ability to post photos/videos and audio recordings along with practice sessions so you can share what you are playing
Again, these are just suggestions I thought up. I’d love to see them added though, if possible! Other than that, this app is amazing, and I am so thankful it exists.

Keeping me disciplined!
I am thoroughly enjoying this app!! I don’t usually write reviews, but this app has gone a long way in keeping me disciplined with my daily practicing! I have practiced significantly more since getting the app than I did before. As a result of this increased practice my playing is already improving!

Good tool but more functionality would be useful
This is a cool tool for keeping track of what you’re practicing. It is lacking in some functionality which would make it really nice.
Some examples: It would be awesome if we could edit entries or go into a previous entry so that we can copy and paste into a new entry.
Also if there was some type of calendar functionality where you could quickly see what days you practiced.
Maybe being able to split up practice into different areas so that you could search by those categories. For example with drums: pad work; drum set; rudiments; grooves; fills; timing; songs.
The last two are probably a stretch but being able to edit an entry or copy an entry would be really useful.

Almost Perfect
This is a very good app to track practice sessions, especially if you’re someone who’s struggled to start a practice log. Having it all on your phone makes it a lot easier to keep up with. My only complain is I wish there was a graph that shows a bar graph of daily practice time that shows the most recent days of practice, similar to the bar graphs for weekly and monthly practice.

I love it
I really like this app!! it’s exactly what i’ve been looking for. only giving it 4 stars because i wish there was some kind of calendar within the app, if you want to look at a session from 3 months ago you’d have to scroll a lot in order to find it. other than that this app is great and i suggest it to any musician that wants to keep track of their practices!

Add Attachments, and it’ll be perfect
This is a really great practice app. Our entire band program uses it to share each other’s practice logs and profess. I just think it’d be incredible if you could accompany your posts with attachments like pictures and videos so you could show tangibly how far you’ve come. Otherwise, amazing job with this app!

Good at what it does but could be better
I love that the UI is super easy to use. It gets 5 stars for the ease of use and logging. I give it 3 stars because it doesn’t show a daily practice time, which would be incredibly useful for busy people who get 15-20min here, an hour later, another 15-20min at night. If it had a built in countdown timer that I could set along with the daily cumulative totals, it’s be a 5 star app and I’d pay $10 for it

Love it but one thing...
I downloaded this app so me and my chamber group could hold each other accountable for our practicing and encourage each other! It’s been great in that aspect, I just wish there was an option to have a private account so I don’t have strangers following me (there is also no option to block people, etc.) Love the app besides this!
