Connect Ap Frozen
The Ap will not load. The opening page is just frozen. No amount of work or waiting will load it. No message to users on awareness or work to resolve the problem is displayed. This issue is so frustrating and way below Shaklee field support standards!

I deleted the Ap from my iPhone and reinstalled it and it started up.

App does not work at all anymore
Welp, in the last month the app stopped working at all. I’ve removed and reinstalled and still it only shows the loading page that just has the Shaklee name on it. It does not load and does not work. I cannot do a thing on it as no navigation loads whatsoever to be able to take myself off that useless page. Then I try and use the app support and website does not load. So I’ll leave this review here and Shaklee, you can contact me directly.

Miss the Autoship
Up until a few weeks ago, I could manage my auto-ship orders using the Mobil app. This allowed me to save time since I’m not always near my computer. Plus, it allowed me to change what I needed, when I needed without putting that burden on my distributor. Why was this feature removed from the mobile app? If it was not, how can I get this feature back?

Great company, terrible app
Shaklee, you need to invest in your app. First, confusing to shop. Second, super buggy. Can’t change the number of units I want as an example. Great products, terrible experience. Call Bottle Rocket Studios or Frog Design to help you.
