I was honest to god impressed when I started playing this. Since it was for Mobile,
I expected it to be a micro transaction filled hellhole with a ridiculous number of videos. I was wrong. I must give credit to the developers for doing this, thank you.

As for the game itself, it’s one of the funniest I’ve ever played. The jokes are actually funny, which is definitely refreshing.

The gameplay is pretty good, however I still have problems with the Shield Enemies as you need a charged kick to destroy them, or a occasionally appearing sword. Otherwise, I like it a lot, and some of the items are flat out awesome.

Some will complain about the 5$ fee. I don’t. I find it fair. This game is 60$ on most consoles, that is a perfectly fair price. Also, give them credit for basically a demo version, you don’t see it much anymore. It allows you to see if you like the game, and if you do, you can buy the full version. It prevents you from blindly purchasing a game and hating it. Good job devs.

This game is excellent for a mobile game. The corny story and the self awareness of how ridiculous it is makes this game worth playing if only for a few laughs. The gameplay is a little clunky as the movement is along both the z and x axis like most side scrolling brawlers. But with mobile controls it is difficult to always move the direction you want. Although the boss fights take advantage of this so in my opinion it evens itself out. Like the second boss. His claw move seems a bit unavoidable at first as he mostly uses it when you are attacking the generator to the far left. But if you move up or down enough it will miss. Overall it seems polished and a fun game to play while on a car ride. Good job to you developers.
TL;DR decent game, funny plot, movement is weird on mobile but they pull it off well

I love the dialogue and laugh at the somewhat racist but funny jokes but I’m a little disappointed that I can’t buy the rest of the levels and am stuck with only the first level to play through as nothing happens when I click to but the rest of them as no confirm purchase window pops up
Hope you fix it soon so that I can enjoy this game wherever and whenever I want

Shaq!!! Nice game! Super funny!! ICEY-HOT nice plug bro😂💪🏾👍🏾 I’m not gonna lie the controls and button positions in this game are HORRIBLE! But I’m pretty sure Mad Dog can tweek that... I didn’t have a prob with playing the first level then paying for the rest(better than constantly pumping $$ into a game to play)... My only problem is that 5.00 is a little steep... I’m pretty sure I can blow threw this game in a couple of hours, I have moble games that cost just as much and gave me hours and hours of game play, game replay ability, different characters etc... Over all even though it was tough to control it was A TON of fun, I gave it 3⭐️ I’ll give it 5⭐️ when they fix the controls and drop a buck off the price

It’s hard to believe that in 2018, a company could think that populating a game with racial stereotypes as severe as those in this game is acceptable. This is particularly irksome as this game is apparently sponsored by Icy Hot and Gold Bond (products Shaq is a spokesperson for), so this is basically a playable ad.

I know that it’s tongue in cheek and meant to be humorous, but there’s a reason we don’t see companies playing on stereotypes or blacks, Hispanics, Jews, and others in ads these days. And when they do, they are justifiably criticized for it. Shaq and his corporate sponsors should be ashamed of this, and it’s pretty telling that they’re not.

The story could have easily been set in any location or environment, with original characters not based on racial tropes, without affecting gameplay. That’s unfortunate, because the game itself is not bad and has some fun elements. With a few updates and tweaks, it could be much better. Specifically, the controls are a bit wonky and times and there are no customization options.

There are plenty of other fighting games there that aren’t racist ads and are more deserving of a download than this.

This is a very fun, good game-for only the 1st level you get to play for free. To continue, however, costs $4.99! But the game itself puts you in the mindset of Double Dragon 2 for Nintendo or arcade. However, the D-pad functionality needs work. Shaq is hard to control, in where you are wanting him to move; sometimes his back is toward the enemy while the the enemy punches you. Other than that, excellent gameplay. (4-star rating because of the D-pad functionality and responsiveness, and the $4.99 price tag to continue levels).

So first off, when you start a new game, the difficulty settings remind me of doom, with the comments under each difficulty. Next, the opening movie is HILARIOUS. After the movie, the gameplay is amazing since it’s 2.5D-ish, which makes it much better than all the other 2D side scrollers. And last but not least, having Shaq as the main character is the cherry on top. Thanks for a good game!

The game is absolutely fantastic but when u complete the first chapter thing the next chapter costs 4.99 witch is a complete bummer so proboly more sooner if u update it can u make the chapters free or just make one chapter free every update and the d pad is a little unstable so if u can fix that and the buttons when u unlock them can u make the, brighter because the kick is a little too dark so can u make it brighter when u unlock it but overall the game is awsome and I love it so I hope u add more to it bye bye

This game is literally the best the fighting is so much fun and the story is hilarious the only qualm I have with it is sometimes during the cut scenes my phone will just shut off it could be because it’s old but I’d like to see the rest of them for example my phone just shut off after he repeated gold bond like four times lol but the game is still the best game I’ve played so far

Look I really love this game but I just wish we full access to it I did not buy all the other levels once I finished the trial I uninstalled it because I started to look for a game like this but will full access this game is great and all but that is the only thing I wish was not in the game I though we had full free access to the game
