Great App, except one bug in timezone setting
The way it tells the camera WiFi password is quite cool. Streaming delay is not too long, performance is quite good, with a TF card installed, you can playback with time shifting. The only thing bugs me is when I share the camera to someone in a different timezone, the time shifting function is confusing. For example, if the camera’s timezone is set to PST (GMT-8), but the viewer’s phone is set to BST (GMT+8) while traveling , the viewer shouldn’t have to scroll back 16 hours just to playback what happened a few minutes ago. (If you think about it, you should get what’s wrong here). This is actually the ONLY use case I cared about, so please fix it, thanks!

Works as expected
I bought two of these to watch my place I was away. I also have two cats and wanted to keep an eye on them too. Worked fine at the git go. Bought two more and they all work fine. Need a good wifi to connect to when setting them up and running them but they work as advertised. Con: you have to buy a large data card to save alerts. Plus noting saves to the cloud. It’s all on the camera. If it gets turned off or you lose power, any/all data is no longer available until you get back and pull the card. If there was an access to a cloud storage system that would make it great.

Gets the job done
It’s an ok app, gets the job done. Only wish you could stream video sound in the back ground or when phone is locked. Also it doesn’t send the alerts all the time, and I’ve tested it to try and mJe it go off with sensitivity at 5, only reason giving 3 if not I would give 4 due to not being able to stream audio when phone is locked. But when I do use it I have the app open, would be a lot easier just to hear the sound then unlock phone to see video.

Zoom feature messed up
Overall I like the app; however, when you zoom in the image twirls around everywhere instead of just zooming straight in so you have to readjust (scroll around) to find the image you were trying to zoom in on. I swear it wasn’t like this when I first downloaded the app so I think it must have happened after the last update. PLEASE FIX!

Talk to camera not working
We have had the camera for about 2 years and suddenly since the last update to the app the talk to the camera stopped working. I can hear the speaker click on but when I talk nothing comes out, but static. This is my only big complaint.

This app is horrible
Had I known the problems we would have with this app I would have bought a different baby monitor. This app freezes, crashes, and simpluly won't open because it claims the network is slow but I ran a speed test on my network and it showed it was just fine. Welove the convenience of being able to check on our son via video but when the camera won't even open it makes me want to get a different one.

No night vision feature
I purchased this under the impression it would work at night. The only way I can see my baby is with the bright light streaming on him. Can anyone help me find the button or instruction guide for night time vision... but disappointed

Works great iPhone 8
Looks like a lot of people writing reviews have a problem with technology IMO.
I had no problem setting it up with my iPhone 8 with iOS 11. I will be buying multiple cameras now. Great product.

Sliding downhill
No longer can hear sounds from mic. I can still talk into my phone and it transmits to the camera but now sound from that direction. Doesn't appear to even be a microphone volume option in the app any longer.

I use this monitor has a baby monitor love the night vision quality and works better then the $200 baby monitor
