Great little button
Many options with this little and affordable button. It can be used, for example, to change the alarm volume, measure the temperature, detect the presence or absence of a nearby magnet (magnetic alarm), provide a multi-colored light, perform timed tasks, and perform different actions.
The first time I used it, it took me a little while to understand how it works and what exactly I can do with it. It can be overwhelming. Luckily, I navigated the website, and they have a lot of unique and explanatory videos and other sources to help you use them step by step.
I decided to program the app to receive motivational messages to my daughter every morning, and she gets so excited to click the button and read the daily messages. I also use it as a camera shutter button, and it works excellently and helps me while taking pictures.

The best
I got this app and I bought a SiB for my girls; always wanted to know when they arrived home safe from school while me and my husband were at work. This little button made it all so much easier and gave me peace of mind. Before they used to forget to call me or text; now with a press of a button there were no more excuses. Super simple and effective, now I am relieve that I can make sure I can check on my kids.❤️🙏🏻👍

Officially the coolest button I’ve got
I bought 3 sib buttons and some magnets for my home and I’m loving how these work. The app is super easy to use and it guides you to use the buttons in a very detailed way, making it such an easy and great experience. I usually don’t write long reviews but this little button deserves it. I own other devices that are so complicated to use, it’s frustrating. The sib is great.

There is no way to add a SIB
When trying to add a SiB all you get is a white screen with no text. If I can’t do the one thing I got the app for then the app is no good.

An abysmal app for an abysmal product
The concept was great, but execution to the concept has not yet happened.
Not only is it a flaky mess (there is no consistency at all), but if you read the support page it looks like Donald Trump may have written it.
For all the lack of reliability, or even accuracy in the documentation, the author believes that saying it is great and wonderful, makes it great and wonderful. The creator opines that all the problems with getting these to work are due to someone else’s failures. It’s not the SiB, it’s the crazy iOS versions with all those pesky screen sizes, and too many versions, and other “stuff” which is just them not working very well for this super amazing easy to use product.
In the real world of developing products for a market, the product should work with the infrastructure it is supposedly designed to interface with. The creator of these has chosen to blame the infrastructure as the problem, rather than the poorly executed product.
A great example of how badly the documentation is developed, is the explanation on how to reset the device to factory settings, when the app can no longer be used (or in the majority of cases, never did work, and stalled mid pairing). It states that one should press the button which will turn green, and then about 12 seconds will turn white, then quickly release the button, and repeat this 3 times.
Sounds simple but the app can’t find it via WiFi (2.4GHz on Eero mesh) or Bluetooth...trying to restart the process from factory unfortunately results in button push, 5 seconds to flashing white, which after releasing and pressing the button again does absolutely nothing (stays in flashing white mode until it powers down again). Another variant is to continue holding until 12 seconds (ignoring that the white light has been flashing since about 5 seconds in) and then release and try again...no difference. And yet another...just keep holding the button to see if the white light will eventually stop flashing...and it does...when it powers down again.
The creator obviously prefers Android to iOS, but using an Android device has fared no better, and that changes nothing about the factory reset process which is app independent.
