Zero stars so far
I’ve reset my password as well as tried to log in and all I get is I don’t have a “License.” Not one single helpful thing on the website or FAQ about how to get a license. This app is a sham! I’ll update this review if I actually get some assistance to get this app running.

Missing a couple settings.
For 100$ one time purchase, I understand that theres features that have to be restricted and exclusive to the Halo app. But I feel like this need 2 additional features to be worth the price.
1. A better layout/format for a 4x6 print.
2. A feature where they’re only allowed to press “print” once. I hate that its double printing because people spam the print button.

Disappointed. Image upload No longer works with iPhone
I paid $29 to use this app for an event only to learn you can only upload customized branding images such as your logo or an overlay via your phone’s photo app. The problem with that is iPhone no longer allows transparent photos (they convert all transparent photos to a white background). Now, I can’t customize. There should be an option to upload photos from “files” or using the desktop dashboard. VERY DISAPPOINTED and a waste of $29. 😡

Customer Service Could Use Some Work
Please be warned that you should use the website to compare plans, not the little blurbs provided in the app! There are slight discrepancies between the descriptions. The pricing provided online is also different than what is shown in the app.
This company needs to work on transparency with the customer and aligning their platforms!
When I spoke to customer service, trying to figure out what I actually paid was a nightmare. Then once we figured it out, I was told I would need to pay an additional $70 to obtain the functionality I believed I should already have based on the description I saw in the app. Customer service could use some re-vamping.
That said, the app is great if you don’t have any issues with the plan you are on.
This company needs to work on transparency with the customer and aligning their platforms!

Great app
This is an awesome experience app!Have been using it at weddings for a couple years now. In the latest update though, it no longer allows the touch less feature to work… hopefully this will be fixed soon

Skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to a Photo Booth work Christmas party. This was super easy and great for a one night event. Highly recommend the app! the customer service is amazing and the set up was easy.

Very Disappointed
One of those big family events that you can’t do over. There was no up date during setup or before the event started. Simple Booth wants to do an update during a event event and I don’t get any of my photos. Very disappointed on this matter. Can’t get any of this back. They need to create some type of back up when this happens to customers so they don’t lose any of there photos.

License not linked to device
Had this all setup and working the night before our big event. Then just as we started using it, it said the license was not linked to our device and it wouldn’t send pics. Assign, transfer, unlink, unassign actions on licensing page did not do anything and support chat wasn’t available until Monday morning...not much help when the event is Friday night! Will be calling to get a refund on our unused license.

Bad lighting
The app is great until the lighting becomes the issue. I have tested the simple booth equipment with other apps and with the iPad itself and the lighting is great.
