Description

The Lifesport Shop in Calgary provides skiers a simple map which displays updated ski trail condition information from the multitude of data sources on the internet. Click on a map pin for more detailed information on the ski conditions. Skiers can also submit trail reports, and that information is uploaded to the map for the rest of the ski community to enjoy!

Improvements made to map annotation rendering, interface control selection, and included user instruction on App functionality. App functionality includes filtering of color-coded map based on updated ski trail conditions, filtering of map locations by trail grooming date, clicking a map pin provides updated information on ski trail conditions, clicking a map pin allows the user to access the ski trail rating system and a link to the trail map.
