APP HEALTH DATA

Our app integrates with the Apple Health app to add your sleep data and read your activities, such as exercise. On supported devices, SleepScore reads data from the Health App with your permission to update your activities during the day to provide more personalized advice. SleepScore also writes sleep data to the Health app with permission.

Wow! New Life for my ResMed S+
This app gave new life to my ResMed S+. It’s very insightful to see how long I’ve hit all the different stages of sleep; even if the results are approximate. The scoring system motivates me to change some of my bad sleeping habits in order to get better sleep. I highly recommend this app to anyone who still has the ResMed S+.

Super buggy, almost unusable
I’ve used it 3 times now, and every time I’ve used it, it has crashed while downloading the data from the device. Every time the smart alarm also does not go off either (yes, I leave the app running, but lock the screen. If this is a problem, the developer needs to outline the exact state in which it will work).

Last night it only recorded about 45 minutes of my sleep activity, and says I woke up at 2:15am, even though the session says it went until 8:05am. This app’s bugs are super messy and make things almost unusable. They need to get things fixed. I have a feeling I’m gonna return the device.

Not accurate
Its not accurate, I am disappointed to say.

I really want to figure out sleeping better. I rarely write reviews but on my second night I spent an hour when i woke up wide awake and using my phone — and the app said I was asleep during that time. Enough said?

The first night I had BOTH asleep score app and Sleep Score max app on at same time. Sleep score showed several brief periods of wakefulness during the night. Sleep score Max showed no wakefulness.

I feel very doubtful on the accuracy of REM, deep and light sleep if it can’t tell when you are wide awake using your phone. You just have to take their word on that. Bummer, but it seems to me the technology isn’t there.

I will keep using it for a bit since I have it, and will update there is reason to see it as more credible somehow.

Maybe just that it keeps a log of the time you tell it you are going to bed and then you tell it when you wake up is worth something, but a notebook might be cheaper.

Doesn’t add up
I really like this sleep tracker. It works well, and seems to be very accurate with determining the cycles. However, there seems to be a major flaw - their math doesn’t add up. Last night I scored a 100 on mind, and 99 on body, for a total score of 90. I often see scores that don’t add up like this. Earlier this week I had an 87 on mind and a 94 on body for a total score of 95.

Although the tracking seems accurate, the scores don’t make sense, and that’s why I only gave it four stars.

Love this app, but...
If I touch the phone in the morning , the “can’t sleep?” screen shows up and I can’t make it go away, no matter what I do, tapping, holding, etc. This is so annoying that I can’t simply read the time of morning if I want to fall back to sleep again.
I’m hoping that the last update will fix this! Otherwise, a great app for tracking deep sleep, which others cannot do.

Very robust!
So far I’ve tried them all. From beddit to pillow. Hardware and software. Contact sleep trackers and non contact. This one here makes your data easy to read and digest. It does something useful with your data. Also data and algorithms are backed by extensive sleep data and research. Best in the market so far.

Great product hardware, poor app
The product hardware itself works really well. Unfortunately, the app is consistently prone to stop tracking in the middle of the night and a few times has not tracked at all over night, even when set properly. Also, the lack of a snooze function is inconvenient and can be dangerous for those times when you groggily hit the end button and fall back asleep.

So easy and helpful!
I love how this app help me track my sleep and always gives me ideas on how to improve it even more. I generally sleep well, apparently, “better than average,” and when I have a lower than usual score, the app helps me get right back on track!

Constant crash cycle
If you try to turn the alarm on the app with crash. When you open the app again it says your session was interrupted and asks if you would like to wake up or continue sleeping. No matter what you pick, the app will crash until you delete it and redownload it. Very frustrating this hasn’t been fixed yet.

Doesn’t work
I was told I really needed to switch to the new app. I had been using the old app for 10+ years ( I think). I have used the new app for three nights and it does not record my sleep. It says it is too far to record. The only difference is the app. The ole app recorded just fine. The iPhone is approximately four inches from the device. This is not an improvement this is going backwards.
