If you love Slugterra, than this is for you

ITS SO AWESOME! And don't just take my word for it, get it yourself. I love the new megamorph update, and they already give you 50 megamorph stones so you don't have to keep playing so much. The megamorph stones are kinda hard to get, but if you do get enough, it's worth it. I hope that eventually you can get megamorph ghouls (I'm talking to you game developers). Also, the ghouls are really strong. All you have to do to get them is get 150 gems (just watch the ads,thanks developers) and normally you can get a dark chest with a high percentage to get a ghoul. There is so many good things that come from this game and I hope you get it and enjoy the experience and slug it out!!!

Ok this is an add on to my review just for the developers and if you want to snoop. Developers, maybe you can add more megamorphs and have ghoul versions too. Also, the elementals seem cool, but I only have one because the legendary chests are really expensive and there is only a 5% chance of you getting one. Here is my suggestion: Maybe you can lower the price for them (like 250 or 300 gems). Or my other one is to raise the chance for the actual slug. I hope you developers can get back to me on it. Thanks!! PS: If you read this part of the review because you wanted to SNOOP, then stop reading. Yeah I'm talking to you. Stop it. Stop it now you snoop.

Really good, but…

I grew up playing the first game, and I loved it to bits. Recently, I got back into the Slugterra fandom and got both games to see if they held up. I am happy to say that both games are just as good as I remember. While I’m not the biggest fan of the pseudo-3D character sprites, the game itself is a blast to play. The ability to move tiles wherever you want on the board instead of painstakingly swapping two tiles at a time is a massive improvement from the first game. However, there is a glitch that I have encountered that takes some of the fun out of the game It’s not too much of an inconvenience, but it’s still pretty annoying. About two days ago, I clicked on the “Duel” icon to play against a CPU opponent. Before this, the feature worked fine, and was my favorite feature, since you could get a chest if you win. However, when it got to the loading screen like it always does, it stayed on the loading screen, refusing to take me to my new opponent. I tried everything short of deleting the app and restarting my progress, but I didn’t want to sacrifice my slugs. However, it’s just a little technical glitch, so it doesn’t really bother me. Overall, this game is a great sequel, but I urge new players to heed my warning.

Great Game but missing a few things

I love this game but I would like to see some of the slugs from the first slug it out in this game, for example the hop rock, phosphor, tormateo, hoverbug,firenazar, geoshard, crystalid, neotox, megabreaker, ping, hexilet, photomo, hop jack, lariat, and gerneater. More megamorphs would be nice too. I would also like to see more levels for the campaign. Besides all of this I really enjoy this game. I got the ghoul electric elemental on my first legendary chest, which is my second favorite elemental in the game. I also forgot to mention about how I want love to see the thresher slug and its ghoul and megamorph. The grenuke and spikeshade abilities don’t even work and need to be fxed, so that the cpus aren’t immune to those powers. I also never got the free air elemental. Also please make the legendary chests have higher chance of an elemental please. I had spent 10,000 gems on those chest and never got a new elemental. I think that the chance of getting an elemental from those chests should be 10% or even a 15% chance. Also in my opinion I think that adding multiplayer would be a cool feature, but with how op some of the slugs are in this game. Then the meta game would be extremely broken. If you were going to add this maybe limit the slugs that can be used in multiplayer.

Pretty good game

So here’s the breakdown. There seems like there are some bug issues every once In a while. But the developers seem pretty on top of it in helping fix everyone’s problems so that’s not a problem. A lot of people are saying the slugs and bosses are not as good as the other game. But they seem to be adding in more slugs with more features and stuff. So I disagree. As for the bosses I do think there needs to be more to do because after the story mode there’s not much to do. Sure you can upgrade everything but what are you going to do with them? The dueling function eventually gets stuck in a loop and there isn’t much more you can do with that. And the evolution stone thing is so short and slow to recycle. And kinda boring. The boss battles were the best. And anyone who said they’re too hard are wusses. I didn’t expect such hard boss battles from a game like this. And it actually required strategy. Making a game that seems like a random tile swiper an actually kinda hard game. Although if you know what you’re doing you can beat the story mode easy money no problem

Played this game for a while

I’ve played this game for quite a long time has always been a fun experience. In game resources are fair so while in game purchases are an option I have most slugs with the exemption of elementals and never paid a dime. The game play is simple fun and I enjoy seeing all the different abilities slugs have. My biggest complaint however is the change in slug drop rates as golden chests used to have a much higher drop rate but now are roughly on par with elementals. In addition to that some abilities do feel copied/ a lot of ghoul slugs do the same as their standard counter part just inflicting damage. I understand the lore is that ghouls are stronger than their base counter parts but with the downside of being violent but I feel perhaps a better way to showcase this would be by having more ghouls act like the electric ghoul where instead of outright damaging you the cost of using it is temporarily stunning you. The makers also update this game pretty regularly adding in new content so I haven’t really gotten bored of the game. All in all it’s a fun experience and my complaint about the ghouls is in reality a minor one that doesn’t take away from the experience as a whole.

Future of games?

This game is amazing! I love how you can collect slugs and level them up to make them stronger in battle. And with the somewhat new skins update, you can either be different versions of the protagonist, or just another character you see in story mode. Later on in the game, the levels might get pretty hard, but the challenge is what makes it so much better! I also like to play with my slugs and open chests. There is one thing that I don’t like though. The ads. I know it’s a free and offline game and you need to make money somehow, but, if I get ads every time I want to go back to the hideout or story mode, it just gets kind of annoying. So maybe you could just play a reasonable amount of ads. All of this is my opinion, so if you don’t agree with me, then that’s fine. Thank you!

Best game but it’s missing stuff

I say honestly this is one of the best games I’ve ever played but one thing that’s missing is well a couple things actually is that why not go with co-op so that means 2v2 3v3 and that kind of stuff and I also say that you should be put up with people around your level and like power level and that stuff and why not make it to where we can go in the Shanes hideout place or whatever it’s called another thing maybe you should add achievement for getting all the slugs for getting all the regular slugs achievement for getting all the ghoul slugs and that stuff I have so many ideas for this game like maybe you can have as many slugs as you like in your pocket like thing cuz in the show Eli Shane get to have as many slugs as he likes and he can use as many slugs as he needs and I had so many ideas I just forgot some and by the way if anything sounds weird I did use voice reader for all this and by the way please read this

Multiplayer

This game is fun. Once you get your team together then your enemies can’t defeat you. But after that the enemies are too easy, they use their slugs like idiots and die quick. But maybe multiplayer can give me the Challenge that I need, the fusions are a cool Add-on but I find myself never using them, due to them just killing my enemies even quicker. The only Challenge that I’ve face are some of the bosses, but there is no point to face the bosses more then once since they give you nothing for doing so. Maybe you could get a silver or premium chest for every five times you face a boss or something. Last thing the challenges are good, but perhaps you could make the challenges harder for more gems, one time I got 600 gems for a Challenge but now I have to wait so long for more gems, yeah there The daily challenges but they only give you 10 gems and that’s not enough to buy one chest maybe bump it up to 50 and give more Challenges.

Multiplayer is rigged

Sometimes you can’t even have time to charge up your slugs and they might have fusion shots which make it worse. So, multiplayer is rigged and basically impossible if it’s a ghoul that’s good for not helping a lot and a fusion shot. On top of that Elementals are way to overpowered not only they can end a round quickly they do so much damage. Even worse, you can have a fight and they have a Elemental that’s overpowered like the “Earth” Elemental. Are the “Players” even players? The “Players” have automatic charge while you don’t so either make it the “Player” and You both have automatic charging. Even, with a mega morph that’s bad for you if the enemy had a mega morph it will charge very quickly and if you have a mega morph it will take more time for you since you have to find the same slug and then once your done and fired that the enemy will fire a level 2 mega morph slug. Another bad thing. If the opponent has the Pyshic Elemental it will drain all your slug gauge and you can’t do anything and that’s how you die on Multiplayer just ban Pyshic Elemental from Multiplayer.

Since when do bad guy slugs power up automatically??!!

I hate this game! And I haven’t said that about an app in a very, very long time. The old game was better; this new one stinks. You can’t get anywhere in this game, because it is rigged so badly that it isn’t even fun to play. The villain slugs power up automatically in duel so that they keep firing and firing constantly and you have no time to think, let alone power up your own slugs. You have to fire as fast as they do so you can’t use bigger slugs, just the first level of power up if you want to have a hope of winning. The only way to get slugs is to “win” them in random boxes, so you can’t choose the ones you want and the enemy ones are always way more powerful than yours. To top it off there are still stupid red diamonds all over the board that do NOTHING while your opponent keeps firing blaster shots at you and slugs. I’m not playing this game anymore. It’s far too rigged towards a cliental with money, which I don’t have to waste here. Not recommended if you want to enjoy the time you spend playing.
