This app is so awesome! I found myself in a position with one week to renew my cpr certification and no local classes available. This allowed me to renew in the comfort of my home at a time that was convenient, and even pause if I need to. It was very engaging and easy to use. Some of the timed questions are quick so if you read slowly it might be hard to answer those questions. I gave that feedback to the company so perhaps they will extend the time it allows to answer those questions. But those questions are only about a fourth of the training test questions. Overall a great training program! And if you are a certified trainer or instructor with ACE, you can get CEC credit! I will definitely do this from now on!

It wasn’t completely ideal, holding the phone while doing chest compressions was hard and more taxing. I accidentally turned the phone off while doing that. I don’t feel like it covered as much info as my in-person CPR/AED first aid course but since I was already certified before I feel okay with this app. It never crashed or glitched so that is a plus. It did make a quiet alarm noise during the certification and embarrassingly enough, I was walking around my apartment trying to figure out where the alarm was coming from. Listening to walls and trying to follow the sound. Didn’t realize it was coming from the app until I brushed my hair with the same hand as my phone and then held it to my ear like wait a minute! Sure enough, that was it. That was annoying and distracting. I guess I would say this isn’t the best course but it will do in a pinch.

I must start by saying that I highly recommend this app for recertification, if you’ve already taken an in-person course. The app was easy to use, had great information and was completed as quickly or slowly as you’d like. I was a couple of days out from needing to get re-certified and didn’t have approved trainings that worked with my schedule. This was everything I needed!
The phone holding takes a bit to get used to, but there is practice modules to help you work it out. Once you get down the pace and depth, it’s simple.

I used to be a CPR & First Aid instructor, but let my certification lapse. I was frustrated trying to find a class locally to get my CPR/AED certification to become a group fitness instructor. This app was the perfect solution. Perfect amount of refresher info and the evaluation was fairly accurate for the CPR rate and depth aspects. Probably not great for someone who has never been certified before…. But for those just needing to recertify, this is the perfect option!

This is the most informative and convenient way that I have completed first aid and CPR certification. The app is engaging and easy to use from the comfort of your own home. It is a great solution to the inconvenience of attending a CPR class especially during Covid. I am a middle school coach and all of the coches in my building have used this. Highly recommend.

Compared to the in-person course I took in 2020, this app was fast and effective. Though a couple questions were counterintuitive, most info was aligned with the questions. I feel confident that I may be able to assist someone in an emergency situation thanks to ResusciTech’s app. There really is no need to take a second in-person course. This app serves well as an update. Thanks to all who made this important info so easily accessible.

Nurse for 25 years. Always did formal CPR training. the last few years The training involved a home portion online and then an in person portion. Although it was awkward to do compressions with my phone in my hand, I was impressed with the technology of this App. good information, easy to follow, would highly recommend.

I used this app when I needed to get certified quickly for my personal training credentials. The hands-on chest compressions training was super easy. It only took my me a little over an hour and was pretty painless as far as CPR certification goes. It’s a great option for people who need a fast, reliable certification

This app stinks. The CPR test on the app is terribly designed and horribly calibrated. I sat the phone down in frustration at one point and within a few seconds it read that I was getting too much depth on my compressions after reading that I wasn’t getting enough depth while I was actually trying! I also seemed to be compressing really fast while the phone was idle despite being a bit too slow while actually compressing…do yourself a favor and either do your CPR certification/renewal in person or use any other app!

Soo timely and convenient. I didn’t have to wait until the next scheduled American Red Cross CPR in person skill session 3 weeks out when I’m currently trying to renew my personal training certification ASAP!!! Would recommend for everyone looking for convenience and ease of use and interactive learning!
