Needs Update
Good app but it needs an update. Currently there is no way to change pen color/size if you’re drawing with the app, and it doesn’t use the entire screen of the iPhone 10 or 11.

Amazing but this work
My smart kapp started saying “sensor system failure” yet will show what I am writing. It will miss some words and it will freeze when sending out the link or saving the image & have to start all ove :( might be the board or might be the app or both that needs work.

This is a great collaborative tool. Just wish you could write from the app onto the board, that's the only piece missing.

Not SMART's best
Disappointed that the app has limited function unless you purchase the premium. Kind of surprise that SMART would sell an expense board and then not arrange another way to have premium service other than go through iTunes or Google Play.

Does not sync properly with the app. Markers don't get picked up through the screen and comes out looking like gibberish. Updated firmware and no improvement.
