Promising idea. If only I could get through the setup successfully.
I’ve had the massager since the Carlsbad 5000 last spring and like the device. But the app is bad. Really bad. I was finally able to get both device and app on Wi-Fi but I have yet to successfully set up a username/password. So I have no account and lyric doesn’t have a website, so no way to get support. I’m embarrassed for them.

Like the device
The massager is great. And finally we got an app for device I was waiting for so looong. Still need some more functions and some optimization on details like password input or device connection guidance.

Physical Therapists at your Fingertips
With an array of physical therapists and therapies to choose from Lyric definitely has something going here. Each “therapy” is easy to follow and shows ways to use the Lyric that I wouldn’t think to do.

Device seems good - app is terrible
So many fundamental issues - account creation fails , Wi-Fi setup fails, once a device is found but Wi-Fi setup fails you can’t continue with deleting the device and starting all over , requires your precise location to enable Wi-Fi , on and on - great packaging , product design and concept ruined by an app that appears to not have had even basic testing.

Can’t even make an account
I like the device itself, but the app doesn’t even let me make an account - I enter in my email or phone number (doesn’t matter which) and the continue button to get to the next step doesn’t seem to work. Very disappointing, as the personalized features of this massager were a large part of the appeal.

App is VERY bad!!
Took forever to figure out how to pair the massager because there are no instructions and the process is the furthest thing from intuitive. After pairing the app is useless unless you sign up for an account. But the feature in the app to create an account or log into an existing account doesn’t function. Waited over a year for this app and its total garbage.

Can’t Create an Account
The developer needs to address the issues that are noted in the bad reviews. You can’t even create an account as the Continue button doesn’t work, whether trying to create an account by email or phone.

Can’t create account or register product
App is useless. You can’t create an account or register the product. Which are required for moving forward in the app. This needs to be fixed like other reviewers are saying.

Can’t Use!!
Please fix the account creation screen!! Can’t even make an account because it never lets you hit “Continue” after entering an email and password. Might as well have delayed the app some more if it can’t do anything….

Will not find device
The app asks for a wifi connection then has a Bluetooth symbol after it “says” it is connected. Nothing happens. Tried to create an account entered email and new password. It does not let me proceed. Useless.
