SmartGYM - For SmartRope Hack 1.4.30 + Redeem Codes

I have been waiting for some type of update since Jan 2017. The app does not allow you to complete competitions, so once you have done 5 it won’t allow you to do any more . Basically that makes the competition feature useless.
The app also must use a time zone in Asia because it doesn’t track your daily jumps in your own zone. So if you jump at 8:00 am and again at 8:00 pm. , your jumps are calculated on different days . I have email the developer 3 times. First time I got a response, but their fix it ideas didn’t work. The second two emails were ignored . Personally I would not buy the rope again just based on the companies lack of customer support

Using this app to track my jumps with the smart rope. First issue, the app has a hard time keeping count when you exit out of it. For example, if you want to keep pandora open instead of the app, when you go to check your jumps, it’s sometimes wrong. I’ve experienced multiple times, my jumps being counted on the wrong day when I do jumps at different times during the day. It’s like you can only jump one time or something... also, multiple times, the rope has slipped out of my hand because it’s plastic and has no grips, every time, the counter has started over at zero!!! Every time this has happened, my previous jumps prior to the rope dropping are not accounted for.

I like the offline feature, when it works. A few times when some of the issues above happened, I would get a message saying my jumps were counted offline and can be added. Right now, my biggest issues seems to be that my dates are not in sync. I just finished jumping and my jumps are listed under yesterday???

Overall, when the app works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, it’s more frustrating than just counting in your head.

The app is beautifully designed and does the job well.

It would be better if backwards jumping was accommodated. Also, the workout data is appropriately entered as "Active Energy" in HealthKit. However, the data should also be entered in HealthKit as "Workouts" in the "Mixed Metabolic Cardio Training" category. The "workouts" section allows calories burned to be entered, and some apps import "Active Energy" but others import "Workouts", and some even import both. Not recording the data as an actual workout in HealthKit is a bit counterproductive.

Those two matters aside, the app and device do their job well, it's a worthwhile purchase that I easily recommend.

I don’t understand where the developer is on this one. Old version was way better. Gone is my multi-year jump history. Gone is the ability to take a small break without the count resetting. I generally do 5-7,000 jumps at a time and like to take small breaks. With this version of the app, after about 10 seconds of inactivity it resets to 0. So frustrating.
They came out with SmartRope app and tried to get people to move over to that one. Tried it but had the same issue with resetting to zero so went back to the previous version of this app. They did it again. Why?
Not even the graphics are as good, but if it were only a cosmetic fix it would be acceptable.
Please have a setting that lets the user have the experience of the previous version. Bring back my historical data.

The app also doesn’t turn off the screen auto lock so if the user doesn’t change the screen auto lock setting to never the screen goes dim then eventually turns off.

I at least expected it to work. "Smart Gym needs to network connection at the first time. Check your connection and try again. [Sic]” Over and over. Have already paired the thing and used it once. Deleted app and re-installed. Still same result. Had previously loaded personal info and had it working, although personal info disappeared twice.

Wrote support (no actual support link anywhere, just their one basic contact) five days ago and haven’t received anything but an acknowledgement of my email. They’re probably swamped with problems at this point.

I'm an avid fitness enthusiast mostly on the go so the idea of a smart jump rope that I could take with me sounded like a good idea. After two days, the app does not find friends, does not have an overall history, and the rope itself takes a college degree to hold it at the right angle. This is a really great concept, but it seems that the app and the product have quite a way to go. I'm really considering returning this product if they are unable to resolve my issues soon. I'm only giving it two stars because this is a great way to burn calories, get the heart rate up, and you can look at your phone to see how many jumps you've completed.

When I opened this app for the first time, it told me facebook "connected". I'm shocked and thought someone hacked my facebook account. Then I realized the button shows the wrong text, which should be "connect" instead of "connected". After I manually connected my facebook account, the text changed into "disconnected"...

You cannot custom the interval training and there's only a few fixed options for you. I want to do 10 sets of 200-jump training, how can I do that? If it is not possible to custom the interval mode, at least add a button to reset the counter in basic mode.

Got this for Christmas and it works. I have already seen a difference both in the way my clothes fit and helping me with the overall duration of doing continuous jumps without tripping up.

The one thing I have to say I am not happy with is that the logging date and time is on GMT. I am in located on the east coast of the US and at 7 PM I noticed that the day moves forward to the next day. I do not see any setting the allows me to adjust the time zone manually or automatically. That is the reason for a 4 Star vs 5 Star.

The Smart Gym app is not connecting to Facebook. It says it's already to sync to it, however, it never actually syncs and the app always tells me to connect. Last night, I downloaded the app to my Samsung tablet to see if it would connect and sync with Facebook, and it did. I'm really interested in doing challenges with my friends, and would love to use my phone instead of my tablet. Also, my rope is not displaying my jump count while jumping, only shows my count on the app. I've had my rope for almost 2 weeks.

When I keep the app open and the rope is connected, it does a good job keeping count and time, even day to day. But when I open a text app during a pause it shuts down the count.

Just got an Apple Watch, 4th generation, and now I cannot start the app. Connected to a WiFi, deleted, reloaded... no go. No jumps counted today.

Please fix the app! I want to keep using this. I travel a lot and this is my go to exercise, the rope fits easily in my bag and I want to keep track of my exercise on the road.
