Not very accurate
I have worn this watch for several months and re synchronized it at least twice. It counts your hand movements as steps taken and the BP runs consistently high even when I check with a BP cuff. The EKG said it was normal TWICE while I was throwing abnormal PVC waves. I use it only as a general idea of my daily monitoring but do not rely on it for actual readings.

App crashes
Used this app since Dec. 2020 Worked fine for 8 months. All the sudden the app crashes every time you try to use it. Became worthless to use.
Seems that what ever bug it had got fixed.

Can’t log in…update
I really liked this watch until the new update. I can’t even log in anymore! I am not happy! Please make the app accessible! The app is now letting me access it. It’s an ok app.

Nice app. Wish I could control other persons stats from the care friend page at least get an update on the stats. My mom and I have watches I have to use her iPad to get updated information.

Buggy and inaccurate
I received a tracker as a work reward. It gives about 50% more steps that any other pedometer tracker I’ve ever known. The app and device are full of spelling errors and often fail at synchronizing for weeks at a time

Poor instructions
Have never seen a product with such worthless directions! No information on how to connect to phone. Might be ok watch if there were directions. At this point I could not recommend this software for the E66 watch.

Besides the device being marginally accurate, it quit holding a charge after several months and there was no response from company after several attempts to contact

Not good for ECG
Bough this because I have Afib. My Apple Watch reports my condition and when I take the ECG on this watch, it’s normal. My cardiologist says the algorithm is not picking up the results correctly. The watch report shows Afib but app doesn’t classify it correctly. What good is it? Trash
