Pebble and this would be great but disconnect from the watch 20-25% of the time. That number is down from 50% - got a new iPhone and new watch directly from customer support to address the dropping issue. It’s not Bluetooth or Verizon that drops just watch to apps.
Working 75% of the time is better than 0. And it has caught some seizures and alerted family/tracked etc properly.
The sensitivity level takes getting used to, which you can adjust - but you’ll get it. Kept setting off alarms when I washed my hands or rolled during the night... so you adjust it.
Overall, it’s better than NOTHING. It’s caught and alerted people of issues, where I’d otherwise be alone but the DROPPING IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING (and it’s not a hardware issue).
Sadly this kind of dropping is still less than many others out there. We will most likely be going to an older model Apple Watch with a small data plan - one ONLY for this purpose as the pricing is about the same. If it worked perfectly it’d be 5 stars and customer service is very nice and WELL AWARE that their company has less than perfect products.
