Disappointed

I’ve been playing a couple of weeks and have the hundred the five hundred and the one thousand cash prizes . I was supposed to get my hundred today but apparently PayPal declined so asked to check my PayPal sign in , so I rewrote my pa address and now they say I have too wait another 3 to 14 business days to get that one hundred. There was a button that said I’ll wait but I did not click on it. It didn’t matter I have to wait anyway. This game has more ads than any one person could stand but I put up with it and I find the hundred is being held back and if this game is honest I’ll have the 500 before the hundred. Oh and there is nowhere on that where you can contact the support team. Well, another week and I guess I’ll see what happens. Will let you know.

Do pay out

They do honestly pay out unlike most cash games. I received $1.00 to my PayPal account. It’s fun but a bit slower than what I’m used to. Can’t complain to much though since they do pay out. Trying to get money to help with bills and food any way I can.

Fraudulent Scam

Please read all of these recent reviews where there was no pay out. Solitaire Fish isn’t the same game that received the 4.8 rating out of 3,435 reviews; that was Solitaire Ocean Treasure a fun game that only pays out a few cents for a win as it properly informs it’s players. Solitaire Ocean Treasure appears to own Solitaire Fish. Solitaire Fish doesn’t pay out anything because it fraudulently adds an extra letter to your email address causing PayPal to reject the payment to you . Solitaire Fish is taking advantage of it’s players by promising large pay outs in exchange for watching very many, many ads where Solitaire Fish gets paid a lot but pays you nothing. If you value your time, you should contact your State Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and file a complaint. This can be done online at Michigan Attorney General’s website under File a Complaint drop down. Also, the App Store should be informed of this illegal fraudulent practice.

Fun with a hitch

I like this game and the fact that I can win money doing it is a great bonus. The hitch is that I won the &100 and $500 cash prize and have yet to be paid. I should have received my payment immediately or so that’s what the app said. I had to wait 7 days in which o should have received my payment yesterday, but when I went to see why I didn’t receive my payment I get a message that pops up that says “Due to COVID-19, it will take up to 3-14 working days to receive payment. Why do I have to wait additional time for money I’ve already won. On top of that I can’t cash out the money that I’ve won in the game at all without playing for a higher amount. That’s not right!

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

This game is such a scam offered me $100 to join I waited the 7 plus days for said 3-7 days and when finally was ready for payment there is error message said payment rejected by PayPal to check email address and when look the doubles the last digit which I 100% did NOT do. I Triple checked my email before submitting and was correct. Anyways so now I input my Email Address AGAIN and now new error message that says due to Covid can take up to 3-14 days now so I’m waiting all over again. I wish I would have taken a screenshot of my email address that I input correctly, but I didn’t think they would do this this game is a scam don’t Waste your time if you want to play a legitimate Solitaire cash game Play Solitaire Clash At least they are legit and pay and Don’t Lie

Game is another fraud

Just like the other reviews have stated, this game will show that the PayPal deposit has been accepted, but after the 3 to 7 day wait, it will say the deposit was rejected by PayPal and the reason is because the app is adding an extra character to the PayPal address. I am an attorney here in the states and we have partners in China and we are beginning to file false advertisement suits against these developers for reasons exactly like this. False advertisement is illegal here in the United States and in China as well. Find you a legitimate game to play because all you’ll be doing with this game is watching ads that the developer is getting paid for without receiving a dime of money promised to you. It’s time we put a stop to fraudulent practices like this.

Fun but skeptical

I have been playing for a little over a week now and I absolutely love it. I was able to cash out at 100$ I put in my PayPal address and waited the 7 days, today being that day I get a notification stating my transaction was declined because my papal was wrong. I resubmitted my information now it tells me I have to wait 3-14 working days for the transfer to take place, which is completely unfair. If the transfer occurs I will continue to play otherwise I will delete the app. Will update later if transfer happens.

Fake

So I waited the 14 business days for my first payout of $100 never got it today because they changed my ID I put in, I first noticed it when I applied for the second payout that it was changed, so it let me change it today and now I have to wait another 14 days! I have taken screenshots of each time I request a payout just to see they change it each time. The game is fun but an ad every ten clicks I dealt with just incase they wasn’t another fake game only to find out they are. Pay attention before you submit that your ID doesn’t get changed. Normally people enjoy games anyway so why do these companies want to lie?

The game runs slow. Too many ads. Game freezes during the ads and then when you close it up you have the ad all over again. Not to mention you're luck to get 2 plays between the ads!
Now you cash out ... They tell 3-5 business days WAIT WAIT WAIT Are ready for this bc of covid your wait can now take up to 14days. What does covid have to do with electronic transfer????? Today is the 6th let's see if I see money before next year rolls in.

Don’t know about app game

They give you so much hope they are for real. I’ve been playing a week and still nothing in my PayPal account. It is fun and makes you feel like a winner but so far nothing real. Sad thing is you have so MANY ads you have to watch about other games I know to be scammers as I tried them. Plus game constantly cuts off and you have to reload, very glitchy.
