Works as advertised
It took a few reboots of the device and start stop the app a few times before I could change then save settings on the device using the app . My hands are so dry I have to moisten them to get a good reading. Registration flawless.

To access the settings you need to restart your phone or tablet and then the app will allow you to reset the length of the test to 30 seconds.
This is not stated anywhere, but I did it and now the app works great!

The date is always off by one day
I've taken the steps they recommended for getting the date to be correct and it does not work. The device works well, but the app needs some hefty updating.

App is terrible
I think the device is good. A Dr recommended I get myself one of these. It’s a shame I can’t get the stupid app to sync. It took several tries and then as hard shut down to get it to do so initially. After about 3 uses, it stopped syncing again. it gets through step one, then just gets stuck about a third through step two and takes so long that the device shuts down. Then you have to start over, but it does the same thing. It’s sad because they probably get a lot of returns on the device which seems just fine. It does you no good however without a decent app to get the info synced to your phone. Fix your app, people! I gave it one star. Zero would be more accurate.

This is too buggy to be relied on if you really need
App finds the device (heart rate monitor) and gets only 3-8 out of 16 readings then crashes. It doesn’t upload any of those readings though. I’ve tried 20 times. Restarting device, restarting iPad, nothing helps. Tried turning off internet access, too.
It did manage to connect after the first set of readings. It took a couple of tries but once it found the Bluetooth device, it connected. Now…nothing. Hope I don’t really need the readings anytime soon, :(

App is junk
As others said ‘settings’ is just a blank page. The app is useless. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve restarted my iPad, settings will not appear. This is a useless app for the majority of people. And seems to be no help or response from the manufacturer.
Update, no help at all. Website link takes you to an 404 error..non existing page. Apparently they got our money for the device which won’t work with the app and gone back to china

frustration abound,
Following issues need t be fixed:
1. Ability to download from device to app data from more than one reading (anything more than one, data is LOST).
2. Ability of app to store more than 10 readings total (again, if not able to get data from device to app, data is LOST).
4. Ability to select AND HAVE SAVED which lead is being used.
5. Ability for date to stay on the correct date instead of 1 day behind.

I am having the same problem others have noted. The device worked beautifully 10 or 15 times but now when I try to download the app crashes. It will no loinger synch. It is now useless!
Also annoying was having to wade through ads for the device I was using!

Won’t Synch
I just received the monitor. The monitor seem to work fine. I download the app. It said that it did sync, but the data transfer would never complete. The app would just crash. I’ve rebooted my phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Several times. So while it did sync, it would crash before the data would transfer. So I never got past that point. I have an iPhone 12. Sending it back.

Blaring issues
You must restart the phone and clear the memory and restart your phone everytime you want to sync. Meaning you have to transfer the data everytime you sync or you lose it, otherwise the app crashes everytime you do. Taking readings is easy but the use is sullied by the app.
