Nice watch- does what I need for my health
This watch is simple and has many options for the activity you do. Has all what I look for (sleep time, heart beat, too much sitting time alarm, total steps, and a lot more). My son who is starting to have interest in working out now has his own watch and loves it. Thanks!

Map and location broken
Back in early October 2021 the app did a great job of tracking my walks, actually showing a map of where I went, where I sped up, etc. It was great to look back at this data. By late October that functionality disappeared. Around that same time it started showing weather data for a city about 70 miles away from me. I’ve tried to get answers but nobody is helping. If this can be fixed I would give it 5 stars, as everything else is working fine.

Doing Great
As a new user of any smart watch this watch is great. The watch does more than I expected. The weather and find the phone features have worked from the beginning but, I would like to have more than 3 alarms. For what I need this watch is awesome and the battery life is over 3 days between charges.

App issues
The watch is great - I mostly bought it for the heart rate monitor, as I have Dysautonomia - but no matter what I do, the app crashes when I open the sleep section. I’ve tried logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling, even downloading on a different device. The app crashes whenever I open the sleep section. Hopefully this is remedied with the next update.

Not the best but what can you expect
At first i had a lit of difficulties with everything but time and heartbeat but now i have almost everything working by resetting

Great watch & lots of info
Love the watch and the app. Many faces to choose from. Very lights on the wrist. Picked face showing full date, steps, heart rate and power status. I am getting 4-7 days before needing a charge. Love the watch.

Data is not shared with Apple Health
There are settings that need to be selected on the Soundpeats app and apple health, but the data is not shared in any way. Apple health continues to use the iPhone data and the watch data is isolated on its own app. I’m using virgin pulse to complete challenges but the information from this watch cannot be used because it is not compatible and the data is not syncing with the apple health app which is compatible with Virgin pulse.

Functional but Disappointing
Neither the weather feature nor the find my phone feature work at all. And a 3mos average software update frequency is a little slow to wait on. Everything else works quite well though.

The watch and app is great but the weather is not right and I just wish that you could text back. Other than that it’s perfect!

I have the Series 1 Sport Watch.
The weather app thinks I’m in one Portland when I’m actually in the other Portland.
The sleep monitor does not work. I went to bed at 10 pm and woke up at 4am but the app says I woke up at 7:40am which is the exact time I took the watch off to shower.
No option to auto dim during the night. Every time I move while sleeping the watch lights up. And if it’s near my face it’s like someone turned on a flashlight.
Maybe it’s the hardware or maybe it’s the software. Either way I’m dumping it eBay.
