It’s ok
I do like the watch my only problem is it never tells me when I have a text because I don’t keep my phone near me in the house and I miss it a lot of texting and sometimes phone calls so I am a little disappointed it’s a beautiful watch I love it but it doesn’t do everything that I want and those are the only two things texting and phone calls if there’s something I’m doing wrong please let me know I did go in and add the texting and phone calls just to let you know but sometimes it still doesn’t work

Please fix this!
I got my watch for Christmas and i loved it! Not only is it useful but it's beautiful!
But about a week ago it started doubling my steps. At 0:00-1:00 it adds several thousand steps in addition to the ones I actually walked. This is so frustrating as it's the main reason I have for using this watch!

All functions on the watch when connected to a Samsung Galaxy phone but the wife did not like the watch so it sat for three years before I decided to try it.
I checked after charging it and all functions worked. I upgraded to a IPhone and never looked back sum years ago.
I recently started using the watch and downloaded this software for it and now a lot of functions on the watch seem to be turned off? And unable to be added?

I love my watch
May will make 1 year I’ve had my watch. Only complaint I have about the watch is it just records your night sleep, it doesn’t record naps so you don’t have a record (chart) of how many hours you slept. The good I love the style, the function it performs, I can customize my own background picture on my watch. I give it a 4 star

App doubles steps
This is an update to my original review I have sent info and photographs both through my app and here on this app rating. Company has not responded. I have sent photographs to confirm my complaint. When I sync my watch to the app at night the number of steps are correct. When I sync the next day the number of steps for the previous day is doubled. Watch functions as promised app does not work. Since this App is totally Chinese I will be deleting the app.

I would like the option to reply back to a text or answer a call on it also would be nice if there was more face dials to choose out of but over all I like this watch it does a lot I ask for and I’m able to actually read text messages that’s what I wanted the watch for mainly

Time
I like this watch, but it’s impossible to try to figure out how to change the time. It was a hard time trying to even find out how to change the date as well. There’s not very much information and a little booklet that comes with it and this app could use more information as far as being able to change the time on your phone. Hope this problem I can get fixed.

Missing info in app
The Watch offers many different options to track your workouts but they do not log into the app. Please fix us and give us more options like “open” work out for those of us working out in the gym or lifting weights.

Not perfect, but not bad!
⁉️ While the APP will occasionally reset my watch face to the default (ie randomly), otherwise it is pretty stable. Overall I’d give it a 7/10.
WORD OF ADVICE: Before you purchase a Smartwatch, be sure and ASK what APP is used to LINK it to your watch...then read the Actual Reviews of users.
I am pleased enough with this APP, that I would not hesitate to purchase another watch that uses it.
