Good for practicing but inconvenient because you have to type everything single word in and if you have a 450 word list it will take a while. But it is the best app for a spelling bee out there

Simple and easy to use. It doesn’t have any games but I have spent 10 years trying different « fun » apps and I noticed that my kids were spending a lot more time on the games than needed with not much more learning.
When in a quiz, misspelled words are pointed out right away. They have the way the child spelled it and the right way. All my kids tell me how much they like that feature. At the end of the quiz, there is a pie chart that shows clearly how good they did.
Finally, I love the many choices of sentences they have. It really helps us know how to use the words in sentences. It doesn’t have sentences for words with suffixes like « ing » and « ed » but there is an option to write your own. That’s a great way to teach them good composition and to make sure they have mastered the meaning of their words. A bonus, the younger students are so proud when they hear the computer say their own sentences.

This is like the best app ever. First of all, this app called spelling NB ask you to give money right when you put seven words in a listBut this app I put like three lists and each list had 200 words in it and it didn’t ask me for money which is such a good thing so like there’s like no in app purchases and also you could change the voice like if you don’t understand a voice you could change the voice. You can also ask for like a sentence which is amazing. This app is like the best app ever .Make sure to try it out! But it would be GREAT if you can show how many questions we did so far while we are testing and typing the words.

I’m in fifth grade and it really helps me because every week we have a spelling test and I have to study for them but my grandma is always sleeping and she’s the only one that takes care of me and my brother so I have to do my homework myself but I can’t do the words because my brothers in first grade and I have to learn for it so this app really helps me

This app allows you to build lists with sentences. You can quiz yourself or your children. Listen to the word as many times as needed to spell and even use the word in a sentence. It’s helpful that there are some sample lists of words. Or create your own. Teach yourself to spell commonly misspelled words and stop making mistakes.

This is an amazing app. Super helpful and makes studying my spelling list so much easier. Pronunciations are great. It would be easier if you could copy and paste a list of words and have sentences using the words written for you. That would be awesome.

I am preparing for a spelling bee and as I scrolled through my phone for something to help me, I saw this app and thought it might be as useless as the other apps I found, but boy was I wrong! This app is so incredible and teaches you so well!! I COMPLETELY recommend getting it for future spelling be champs!!!

Your app is amazing and helped me learn many words. I have a suggestion which is to also add a section for language of origin so during questioning you can ask for that too.

I am practicing for a spelling bee and I needed this app and it has helped me SOOOOO much but..... the robots are kinda hard to understand and there are certain words that I am getting right but it says it is wrong.
These words include... Profound, Static, and Organist. PLEASE fix this but over all... a GREAT app! Keep on BEEing great!! 🐝

I used this app to have my son try out some words for his 2nd grade spelling bee at school and he couldn’t hear the words clearly. When my son mentioned the problem, I tried to listen in and yes it was very poor for some words and hard to understand what he said even for me as an adult.
