Price and fit is a huge plus and most of the functions of the app work well. But I live in USA and we don’t work off of the metric system fo height, weight and distance. If you could send out an update to the app to work in your location it would be much better and get more stars from this. Also get rid of camera link and add music link to play from Apple play list

My watch pairs and syncs just fine- no complaint there. But the user features this app provides are a bit lack luster. You cannot set a custom app background, you’re stuck with whatever their predetermined ones are (not a big issue for me). However, there are some more obnoxious things. The app doesn’t save settings(?), because I’ll set it to show distance in miles and it will do that until I close and re-open the app, then we’re back to metric system. That’s honestly really obnoxious to have to change. The notification setup as a whole is questionable- the watch should not beep whenever my phone is on do not disturb, but it does. Because of this I’ve had to disable ALL notifications to my watch entirely.

The creators just need to sit down and do a quick evaluation of what is part of a good watch interface and try to work that into their system.

It works but has many issues. 1. When you change the km feature to mi, it switches back to km on next reload. 2. Not compatible with iPad, it’s just the size of a iPhone in the middle of the screen. 3. I have had issues binding my watch to it, but it really only happens when I am not connected to the internet. 4. When it does have issues binding, you have to remove the watch and add it back again. This would not be annoying if when you add it back, you lose all your data from the last month. Aside from those issues, it’s ok. One thing that would be nice is if you could add your own picture background. The app itself is a decent setup, and I will continue to use it.

Originally the app worked ok, syncing ok, and picking up Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Steps, etc. When I started to have Sync problems I reset my phone and Sync problems still didn’t improve. Next, I deleted the App and then downloaded the App again, only to have more same sync probs. In fact somehow the Sports+ App caused the Bluetooth on my phone to cause other Bluetooth devices not to register/pair. (1) Why did the 2nd and successive downloads not to have the HR & BP menus appear any longer in the app? (2) Why won’t the App bind like it did originally. While I understand the device (YoHo Band) is modestly priced, I feel I didn’t get what I paid For. Seems like there is some kind of mistake between the English version and the Chinese version Apps. Very disappointed! Apple, please review.

I have no problems with the app. It works like it should. It would be even better if it connected to Apple Health and make the buttons on the watch control music instead of camera which I really don’t use that feature of the watch. Also, I would sacrifice battery life to make the screen brighter in low light conditions. Other than that, it’s a great watch for the money!

So when I try to change the distance metric to miles instead of kilometers it won’t save. Also, with the app as a whole it has a good interface and very user friendly. It’s the small things of actually saving data that makes it a hard sell for me at this point.

Any plans on alerts for messages received on Facebook Messenger? I communicate with a lot of people on that app, and while I can get alerts for Facebook itself, Facebook messenger doesn’t show up on the phone. Also, I got alerts on my watch for text messages, but after one or two bindings with my watch, those messages alerts have stopped and I can’t get them to come back. Not impressed.

Got the watch today. Display is not bright at all. Unable to change that. No app support in English. Was able to pair the phone to my watch, but notifications do not work. Would like to be contacted and speak to someone who can help me work through these issues. Pedometer set up worked well. Please contact me or let me know where I can receive support. Otherwise I will be returning product.

Only thing I can’t do is get the app and the watch to pair. So I’m gonna have to set the date and time every time I change the battery! Also it would be nice if the display was brighter. But other than that....I love it.

You cannot bind the device through phone Bluetooth setting. I tried that first time and couldn’t bind to the app. After removing the device from setting, I was able to find it in the app to bind.
