UI is bad; customer service is mostly good

The third customer service rep I spoke to resolved my free bets issue (see below) and was otherwise very helpful. I'm sticking with MGM because it offers more betting options and its UI (both on app and online) is about 10 billion times better htan SI's. But I hold no grudges and appreciate SI's prompt payout of my winnings!

The app feels and works like something from the early 2000s; and when you contact customer service with questions about why you haven't received the first-deposit bonus you are owed, they will find creative ways of not answering your question. I deeply regret getting involved with SI Sportsbook. I will consider changing this review if/when I receive the free bets I am owed.

Horrible Sportsbook - They Will Steal Your Money
First of all, the app is horrible and there aren’t many betting options. Much worse than that, their customer service is awful. I deposited $1000 with the intention of betting on an NFL future. They only approved me for $50. Their CS said I was not able to bet more than that, so I requested to withdraw the remaining $950. A week later, still awaiting process, I escalated to their operations team and they said I wasn’t allowed to withdraw the money, I explained the situation that I wasn’t allowed to bet it on what I wanted. They agreed to refund the $950 and close my account. They said it would take 48 hours to process. That was a week ago, still not approved. I have been emailing their CS Ops team politely requesting an update for days and there has been no communication. They are holding my money hostage. When I asked CS chat about it, this guy named Vlad gave me attitude about it, saying they got my emails… and that it takes 72 hours for them to respond… he was giving me a really snarky tone. Do not recommend unless you want to get screwed around with bad customer service, long wait times, few betting options, & bad UI

Wish I Read Reviews
All around negative experience with this sportsbook. From the start, it’s an ugly UI that’s difficult to navigate. I don’t know if it was the UI that made it seem like this, but it felt like there was very limited betting options. Then I tried funding my account which seemed sketchy because it takes you to some random 3rd party website. Then it was not allowing me to fund my account using my debit card for my checking account, however the support team couldn’t tell me why, only that I had to use a valid card or my bank account. Ended up using my bank account to fund because it was all such a pain and I wanted to use their promo. I ended up rushing my bet to get it in before my event started and then they locked my account before it even settled. Save yourself time and money, not worth it

Warning do not use this app!!!
This is by far the worst sports book ever. The same customer service rep will always answer the live chat “Norbert”. There is no customer service. It took 4 weeks to get my money out of the account. No one knows what they are talking about and they literally speak with you with attitude over YOUR money. I had one rep say “are you going to let me talk?!?” It’s bad. I started winning with my promo funds and they restricted my account to where I could not receive anymore at all. I was never given explanation just that the decision was made by the “operations team”. I wish I could upload screenshots of convos on here. Trust me RUN and don’t look back. I am only leaving one star because it will not allow me to submit unless one star is chosen. Again, another sign of how bad this app is.

I know for a fact some of these reviews are falsified. My buddy and I have navigated every legal CO app and this is by far the worst. Interface is slow and sometimes doesn’t even pull up [says match loading and keeps cycling on the main menu] and the customer service is horrendous. I had an issue and they took days to get back to me. The sign up bonus is laughable as well, $50 in free bets when many offer $250-$5,000 to sign up. Look elsewhere, I highly recommend BetRivers, PointsBet, Betfred, and FoxBet. You also can’t go wrong with either FanDuel or BetMGM, FanDuel has made a lot of changes to their app and it’s really easy to navigate and make high quality wagers. BetMGM comped my Vegas trip so if you’re into that sign up there. Anything but SI Sportsbook, poor quality work from 888.

The worst UI in Sportsbook history
This is easily the most poorly built Sportsbook out right now. First off, when making a deposit, the app takes you to a website link instead of the ability to deposit in the app. From here, I tried depositing $15 every single way. ACH, debit, bank, etc. Every single time it said deposit failed. Then I go into my Sportsbook and it had accepted 3 of those deposits when I only wanted 1.
Next, the bonus. It has been 3 days since my first bet and I have no received the bonus. The design and functionality is also awful, and the app barely works. Stick to FanDuel!

I BEG YOU DONT USE THIS APP
I don’t even know where to begin. I truthfully cannot believe that this app is still active and it has not been taken down. They will log you out middle of a bet, they will decline your bets consistently and not give you a reason, their chat customer service is the most worthless thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. I tried placing a live bet at +350 odds and they declined it. 15 minutes later that exact team was up by two goals and won the game. I would of won over 34k but they declined it and their service said they were sorry my experience wasn’t great. If you are even thinking about using this app, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!! Worst betting app in the entire world. Planet. Outer space. Everywhere!!

WORST SPORTS BETTING APP IN CO
This app is terrible. First of all I deposited $1800 dollars and wanted to use the risk free up to $7500. I tried to place my bet on the Patriots ML FOR for the first half of the game against Tampa Bay and it kept telling me my maximum wager amount was $625. How can you give me a maximum wager amount of $625, but offer a risk free bet of $7500? Nonetheless, I did win my bet but my profits were diminished because you wouldn’t let me place MY money on the bet. Now let’s talk about the withdrawal. After I was obviously frustrated tried to withdrawal my money and they are asking for bank statements, photo IDs and voided checks with my bank account number and my money is still in limbo. Oh yeah never got my $50 free bet just for depositing either.

Shady Sportsbook
Do not use this app. The interface is slow, unorganized, and just not as good as other Sportsbooks. Customer support is an absolute joke and there is a different person that replies every time so you are just going around in circles. Every response from customer service is a canned response so you can’t really get a steaight answer out of them. The biggest issue was when withdrawing money from the account they want a picture of your debit card and screenshots of your bank info or PayPal account info. I ended up just letting them keep my money and took it as a loss because of the shady business practices. All in all just use any other Sportsbook.

Hardest to withdraw your money
I use 4 other betting apps so far Draftkings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesar’s. This app is by far the most difficult to withdrawal your money. They let you deposit money no issue but upon withdrawal they want a picture of your credit card you used and a bank statement of yours and not just any bank statement it has to be to their qualifications which mine wasn’t because my bank x’s out all of my account number beside the last 4 digits. Also they require a picture of your drivers license/Id which isn’t bad because some other betting apps require the same. But so much effort to get your money but 0 to give them it. Do not fall for the trap.
