Nice Offering
The app is new, but has a nice offering to start. I lived in Europe for several years and this app is more like the games of chance I played while living there. It’s not perfect, but I’m excited to see how it advances as it is live for more time. Overall, it’s a good effort and the free spins make it worth coming back to - especially if they continue to add more games.

Worst- I’m literally filing a report with the gaming control board
My account has been restricted 5 times in literally 4 weeks! All because they keep asking for new information to verify my identity every few days after I deposit money. Then it takes a week to get it unrestricted, just to have it happen again.
What does this mean? My “free daily spins” are restricted while my account is restricted. So I’m not getting what I was promised when I made a deposit ( that’s the only way to get free daily spins for the month). This past weekend, everyone received 15 free spins as a promotion. Guess who couldn’t use theirs because of a restricted account? Me.
Today they unrestrict it (and they restrict it everytime but never send an email telling me why and what they need from me) and I do my first free spin finally, and of course “no win”. They don’t even offer yoy free spins or $5 freeplay for making you wait for a week to verify documents.
I had one issue once with WynnBET. Their patron host read my complaint and literally called and texted me to get in touch to make things right. He also gave me free $100 freeplay for the inconvenience.

Horrible
They offer nice welcome bonus, but you can only use the bonus on specific games that are specific to the site. Once you play through the initial bonus and have some money left, you’re still restricted on which games you can play because the more popular games that aren’t site specific can only be played with cash balance only - so you have to make a deposit to play them or finish the 15X time wagering requirement on your bonus winnings. The daily “free spin wheel” was working for about 5 days and it just stopped appearing. When you try to access it from the promo section it won’t open either. Maybe they will improve over time, but for now you’d be better off if you stay away from this one and play other much more superior sites like MGM, FanDuel, Draftkings or BetRivers.

So let me start off the site is amazing. And u can win but as for getting the money u win withdrawn has been a hassle to say the least. They make it so u just waste waste ur winning cuz u cant withdraw them instantly they make u wait days and days. Oo and if u withdrawn on a thurday or friday u wont even see ur money. Till middle of the next week if u dont have to call the to hassel them to release ur withdraw. Cuz they only do withdraws on business day even tho casinos are open 7 days aweek. shame on this site. On there withdraws holding ppl winning for days and days. The gaming broad should be called honestly cuz. As a new player, and new to online casinos I LOVE welcome offers. To me it seems like he perfect way to be able to play and try new games. Any casino I’ve played online I’ve either won some, or been able to walk out with the same amount I had no matter the playthrough amount. Or I’ve been able to drop a bonus and walk away happy when I wanted. This casino doesn’t allow you to learn the games let alone win enough to try them all or even want to continue to play. I’ve never had a new welcome offer where they’ve taken almost the entirety of the deposit. I even wrote them and gave them examples and they did nothing to compensate. It is not a fair method and not worth the time.

I would give 5 stars because they have awesome wins, problem is this is the second time trying to withdraw and it’s ridiculous! Keep saying deposit issues. Thet say 1 to 2 business days to get it. It’s been 5 so far 😡.
They want you to reverse it I think. I’ve called 3 times and chatted. Next call is to the gaming commission cause this is so wrong. They Sure take it out of my account in seconds. But don’t want to give it back at all. I’ll play somewhere else if this is how they are.

Withdrawals are not speedy!
I won some money playing with my free $50 signup freeplay. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account but they declined it due to me never using it and needing to enroll it on their global payment systems. ( poor reasoning for not processing my withdrawal).
They took 2 days to let me know this.
They said if I made a deposit using my bank account or PayPal, the next withdrawal won’t be an issue. So I proceeded to make and successfully made a deposit using my PayPal account and now they are still taking an awfully long time to process my withdrawal!
I’m getting skeptical that I’ll even receive my withdrawal at this point. I will update with a higher rating if I receive my withdrawal soon but so far I’m not satisfied with the length of time it takes for them to process it.
This is the only casino I’ve played at in my state that takes more then 24 hours to process a PayPal withdrawal.

I have deposited money on this site many times before I won and decided to make a withdraw. It has now took over a month and still no withdraw. I have spent plenty of my time talking to customer service people who have been telling me three weeks now that Monday will be an update and there is never no update. It has caused me stress and I still have no withdraw they were quick to deposit my money but not give me my winnings… wouldn’t recommend anyone to play this and go threw what I have to just get the money I won…

Don’t sign-up: SI is deceitful
I signed up after reading fine print (or so I thought) on a deposit bonus. I had to wager 15X (which is above most casino apps at 10X to begin with). However after I signed up under the assumption of a 20% credit for play through of table games (because that’s what the terms and conditions said). It changed to 10%. So I’m order to even get any type of bonus o would have to play $150,000 of table games. Who does that besides Uber rich or addicts? That’s what they want out of their clientele-so goodbye!!! Go somewhere else.

Stay away until they improve internal processes for releasing funds
If you win an amount large enough to have taxes withheld prepare to wait. Almost 2 weeks and if I did ask I would never receive an update. Customer support agents are great however they can’t help expedite a process out of their control. Game and app was great until this experience. Plus my previous review was deleted and not by me. Transparency and communication make a business trustworthy and successful. The book is still out if I will ever get my winnings.
