Growing the game! The best app by a wide margin!
I’ve never reviewed an app before but this one is so good I had to leave feedback. I believe I have tried virtually every app in this space, including paying for subscriptions to even the most expensive ones, and this app is by far the best. It’s not even close. If you have any questions to have suggestions, when you email the app developer he responds in literally less than 5 minutes. It’s amazing. The product is great and it works flawlessly. I can’t believe he is giving it away for free. Stop looking. You’ll be happy you chose this app and it will make your golf trip and/or tournament a smashing success. You should ask how you can support his app development (if you are capable). The product is so good you will want to. But either way, you will love it. Have a great tournament.

One of the BEST GOLF APPS out there if not THE Best!!!
Our club started using it this year & it is amazing. It has just about every conceivable golf game/format/side game bets possible. Games I’ve never even heard of. The best part is it keeps track of EVERYTHING. No more keeping it on your scorecard card for every side game. Nassau’s, Match Play, Irish Rumble (a fun & different game), Nines. 😱. Anyone who has ever kept score for 9’s on there scored knows it looks like a bad math/science project gone wrong. It uses players handicaps, allows for %’s. Knows which holes to give it & adds all the points up as you go along. For the nines alone it is amazing. Give it a try it’s amazing & you won’t be disappointed. And yes the App owner/developer responds quickly to all questions. GREAT JOB, Keep it free.

Impressive scoring app
I needed to find a live scoring app for my annual golf trip 3 years ago. I stumbled upon Squabbit and thought it had nothing to do with golf. Boy was I WRONG. The app worked great for that weekend tournament. I reached out to Orrie to discuss a couple small issues after the tournament and he replied back with 3 hours. I used the app in a friendly game two weeks later and the bugs were fixed. Fast forward to last year and now the app has Skins and other side games that we play and it is great that it updates in real time. This is my go to scoring app now and have gotten our local club to start using the app. Very user friendly and if there is a problem, Orrie is quick to fix the issue.

Early review but so far so good!
Had used Golf Genius thru Golfpass for our yearly golf trip, but when they parted ways I was left scrambling to find by alternative that met our needs (Ryder Cup style tournament) and beat the cost of GG. I happened upon some people mentioning this app on GolfWRX and figured to give it a try- and so far it has exceeded my expectations! I basically mapped out our entire trip (pending April 2023) in about 5 minutes! So much easier than GG!! We used the app for the first time yesterday, and once we got used to it things went pretty smoothly…looking forward to using it for our trip!!

Best customer service experience ever
I downloaded this app to see if it would work for an upcoming tournament. After I downloaded it, I received an email from Orrie, the creator of the app, to see if I had any feedback or suggestions. I wrote about a feature I would like to see added. He responded to my feedback in about 10 minutes, and then published an update to the app with the requested feature before our tournament. This will be the app I host any tournament on going forward and will recommend to all. It’s a great interface and will only keep getting better.

Fantastic Outing App!!
We just downloaded and used this app for a four-day golf trip with 26 players. We used a Ryder Cup format with team best ball matches each day. The app was utterly phenomenal! It tracked scores in real-time, gave updates on birdies, etc. and even kept track of our individual skins. It added a whole new element to an already fun event.
Tons of additional features too, keeping track of side bets and stats and we even used the chat feature to communicate dinner plans and other information instead of texting. Absolutely wonderful app with tremendous support!

BEST FREE SCORING APP
I had been looking for a way to automate scoring for a Ryder Cup style tournament for years. I finally found Squabbit and it is exactly what I needed. Is easily configurable so that I can set up the pairings and points, then have players keep live score with the scorecard already dotted up with the handicaps. Saves me tons of time so that I don’t have to physically calculate the handicaps and then draw the circles in the card. AND the creator of the app custom configured our scoring system to include points for the front and back 9s, not just the overall match. Can’t recommend this app enough!

Must Have for Golf Trips
This is our second year using Squabbit. We searched high and low last year for an app that would let us run a team format for a multiple round golfing trip with 16 guys. Specifically we wanted to use Stableford scoring. The app is hands down the best we found. The real time score and alerts for things like birdies made the rounds even more fun and the group more connected. Further, when we’ve had a few questions on set up, the responses have been amazingly quick and helpful (thanks Orrie!!). I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Golf outing show stopper!!
The Squabbit app was a huge hit for our weekend golf outing!! The functionality is intuitive and soooo easy to use. Leaderboard gives all golfers a view into how others are playing and keeps track of games well! The message board allows for lively banter as well as sharing kudos to good shots by posting pics as well as birdies and alike. We had a group of 28 with mixed ages from 35 to 65 and everyone was able to use with ease and said they felt the app was a big enhancement for the weekend golf experience! I highly highly recommend!!!

Perfect for tournament
We hosted a 12 person 6v6 Ryder cup style golf tournament with 4 different 9 hole matches (best ball, scramble, low ball high ball, and 1v1 match play) using this app. We pre-loaded all the teams and matches before the round and the app worked flawlessly.
It was very easy to use, the live scoring made it fun to see what the rest of the match scores were. The group enjoyed the chat feature in app to trash talk and stats on who had the best hole and worst holes.
Orrie, the founder, is very responsive if you have questions on how to use the app. We will definitely use this again.
