Your game froze in the middle of a free game win so I had to turn my phone off and back on to in freeze it. Your app said I had a game in progress, only when it resumed it only said I had 75 coin per spin instead of the 150. ( I made a screen shot of it before I turned my phone off). But there was no one to contact. You need someone customers can contact right away. Specially since people play 24/7. I do enjoy playing though.

This game is so full of crap! I emailed support about the fraudulent wheel spin and let them know it’s rigged and that after 20 or so spins I’ve only landed on 100 or 300 coins and asked what I gotta do to land on some big coin amounts and was told “our game upholds the fullest most integrity of random spins and I assure you it is completely random and we have a team that will shut down any part of the games that aren’t working correctly and that I assure you our wheel is random and fair just as the machines in our casinos” What a crock of sh....!!!! Really? 20 spins and literally every spin lands on 100 or 300. You must have to be a chairman card holder for any kind of benefits. Save your time stress and most importantly save your money and don’t bother with this fake rigged app and don’t bother with station casinos period! They don’t keep the lights on by paying out winners and Apple should yank this app from the store! STN lost my biz! I’ll take my money to MGM or Caesers ent. from now on! I can’t believe they have the nerve to tell me it’s fair and random and the wheel lands on whatever it stops & that it’s fair. How do they sleep at night?

Misleading
First of all I can’t even play anything! The game won’t start and crashes immediately with error: “Already Linked” or “Timed Out” error. I tried logging in with Facebook account or the regular email sign in to no avail....on three separate devices! Also, I allowed it to access my files, photos, and contacts which I was reluctant to do, but it wouldn’t let me get past it so I had no choice. This is just a rip off. I was at the Sunset casino when I used their free wi-fi and it offered me to load a video version of gambling online. I only spent the minimum $9.99 for unp-teen coins and thought I was actually going to be playing for real money, but I’m thinking now it was all just FANTASY type coins and just playing slots on my devices for fun. Ugh. I’m going to get my money back from PAYPAL considering all the one-stars and mindless customer support from previous complaints.

Waste of Time
Installed program as way to add points to boarding pass. Was unable to obtain any meaningful help when stayed at casino. It is particularly frustrating given the lack of clarity on transferability of game points What is the point of playing these mindless games if they don’t transfer to boarding pass points when at casino?
It was also difficult trying to find a quick solution online while staying at the casino hotel given the poor wi-fi speeds. Guests must pay extra for normal speeds on top of ridiculous nightly resort fees! So I played elsewhere and researched the issue after I got home and this is what I found. The app states:

At casino, 1,000 Boarding Pass points only equals $1.
Thus, it appears the max value you can transfer is $150. Note that this doesn’t take into account all the time required to earn the 150,000 points and the other disclaimers delineated within the terms and conditions. So, for instance, if your game crashes and loses data or they change the the terms, you are out of luck! ... and wasted valuable time!

Very sad offering by Station Casinos
For as much money as Stations rakes in from its patrons, you would think they could offer an app in league with the other apps of this type. The app is extremely buggy - I’m not sure why they allow it in the App Store. I only gave the app 2 stars, because the games are creative, albeit unconventional. The free coin amounts are laughable, and the giveaways are few and far between, unless you pay for a package. Of course, even if you buy coins, good luck using them - the app is unavailable often, likely due to some poor Internet connectivity on Station’s end.

Not a very well put together app at all.
Cannot connect to any poker games. Each one says “Error. 405/bad gateway” when you tap icon for selected game. Bonus wheel and timing countdown is totally out of whack. Will say to collect but won’t allow spins. Sometimes says 4 hours, sometimes 30 seconds or less right after a spin. Bonus when received are horrible in comparison to what each spin, round or hand costs for minimum bet. Have played enough to earn points if I were at an actual Station property, but have earned absolutely none via the app. Get your crappy developer team on the ball. I know I would never play at a property owned by Station Casinos if I had to base it off app play.

Fun casino slots
I have been playing for a few months and enjoy the games they have on their site. Periodically they add new games. I enjoy playing in the leaderboard challenges too. The site also has daily tournaments going on which are also a lot of fun. Enjoy playing with free coins. Would like to see higher pay outs for spinning the daily wheel, so far I have gotten up to 5000 on a spin a few times.

Kiosk take too long
All the time, when you’re at the kiosk - most of the time, you will have to email support and let them know that you are not able to redeem the bonus coin throughout the year.
The most important thing to remember is the date when you acquire the bonus coin at the kiosk - customer service will ask that and customer service will ask you to wait 48hrs.

Frustrating & little op for play
Least three or four times a month I get an offer if I swipe at one of the casinos I will get 10,000 bonus credits the first few months when I swiped I got the bonus credits they should up on my account they no longer shop on my account and I really no longer have much of an interest in playing I'm gonna reach out to customer service tomorrow and see if they can make it right I have low expectations so it really would not be hard to make me a raving fan

Fun but frustrating
Games and bonuses are great. However I frequently lose collecting my bonus spin and played slots, like High Voltage Blackout and Crazy Money freeze up mid spin. Tonight alone my bonus froze and four or five times I didn’t get to complete my spin so 1500x5=7500 coins lost on incomplete spins.
Checked internet speed and connection and it’s not on my end. Other than that payouts are good, just disappointing when the game locks up and keep losing coins that way.
