You can’t just expect to listen to this and be cured of a lifelong habit. However, if you are willing to put in the effort, I think this will work for a lot of people. I’ve bitten my nails for as long as I can remember. I’ve been able to stop for a few weeks here and there throughout my life, but I always went back to it. I decided to give this program a try after searching the App Store for “nail biting” desperate to find something to help me. I listened every night before bed for about a week and a half. The cravings to bite didn’t completely go away, but they were a lot easier to handle and I was able to take a deep breath and not bite. It’s been about three months now and my nails look 1000x better. I still pick a little bit, but nothing abnormal or anything like I used to
