Great Functionality and Incredible Convenience
For anyone and everyone who is just juggling too many things in life. I myself have trouble remembering to order my refills more times than I can count. To be able to just click into the APP and without having to make any phone calls or type in prescription #’s just view and request refills on your medications is incredibly useful. Create a profile and add a new prescription to the app by scanning the label with your phone or tablet, then when you need it filled it’s just a click of a button away. You can check on the status of your refills and apply Auto Refill to certain ones if you wish.

The app is good. The one complaint I have is when you time out it says login again but doesn’t give you a login option so I have to close the app and restart it.
Another nice feature would be to allow the user to delete prescriptions from their profile using the app. My doctors often call in many duplicate prescriptions, and if I can clean up my profile, it will be much simpler for me to select the appropriate prescription. it would also be nice to see the dosage instructions in the app

Pharmacy App
The App has made my life easier when submitting for a refill, monitoring the the status of my refill orders. Though the staff Glen & Kathy are so accommodating when I use to have to call the pharmacy. I realize they’re time is better serving the customers there n working on filling these prescriptions than having to be on the phone answering questions, such as are my scrips ready yet. I am Thankful for they’re suggesting me to try the app. Thank You

Excellent App!
This is an excellent tool to easily keep track of the status and availability of the entire family’s prescriptions as well as requesting refills and checking on current status. There are a couple of helpful pieces of information I would like to be able to see, but overall it is an almost perfect tool to stay on top of the entire family’s prescriptions.

Fast, easy, and sufficient
This is the best way I’ve found to refill my medications. And it’s the quickest, easiest way to do so over all the other pharmacies out there. They have all the information you could need right there at your fingertips. I just refilled 7 prescriptions within 30 seconds. Always reliable and never have had an issue. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. Best pharmacy refill app out there!!

Not Too Shabby
I love the ease of filling with RX number. I do wish we had the option to update account info. It is not convenient to have to remember to change the phone number upon pick-up when life is so busy. It would be more convenient to be able to change phone numbers in app. The pharmacy can request verification of the number at pickup. Also, photo is of person picking up too, to be sure it is a verified person

Great local pharmacy
Although part of Stop and Shop, the staff work like a local pharmacy. The people are friendly, supportive, and helpful. I moved most of my prescriptions from CVS to Stop and Shop. Stop and Shop resolved my prescription delay and unavailability issues that CVS was not able to do. CVS has a bureaucracy problem and policies that are too restrictive and do not help their customers.

We’ll, this is nice
I’ve been refilling RXs by phone for since I loved to my new area 3 years ago. But honestly, I’m soooo tired of the announcements before I get to the dial choices. When the voice intro said “get the app” I hung up & did so.
Awesome. I loved the ability to just scan the barcode … and viola! It was all fast & easy - and no long, droning Covid-19 vaccination reminder.

Easy app and great customer service
The app is super easy to use and at this particular Stop & Shop they are always very nice and always cater to your needs they are doing a great job! I know this Job can be very demanding and anything but easy at times however they make it look like it’s no problem! They are really dedicated to their customers!
