We have also added two rows showing the new and popular books and one more row that suggests relevant books based on your reading history. We also made some minor improvements to our latest feature that allows you to read and listen to our original audio shots at the same time. Finally, we added support for Ukrainian (under Read) and made some bug fixes.

Story shorts has a decent amount of books available. I can hear short summaries and podcasts and some infographics provided depending on the book.

I paid for premium version but can’t tell I’m getting anything more than before. Running v2.5.10
I listen to half a shot one day but it doesn’t show up the next day to pick up where I left off. Maybe my app doesn’t know I paid for premium. I don’t see any premium medallion to indicate that either so maybe it needs me to uninstall and reinstall. I have it 3 stars for the content since I like the content, but not sure it knows I’m supposed to be a premium paying member.

This app rocks, perfect complement and learning guide to many of the major non-fiction self improvement books and more of course :). When I first downloaded the app 10 of the initial 20 books were ones that I’ve already read/listened to on Audiobook. StoryShots consolidates all the main lessons from the books and let’s you learn based on your preferred style (auditory, visual or written) and it’s free!!!!!!

I received a response from the developer and the issue is now fixed! The pricing is fantastic!
I contacted the developer via email about a week ago with no response. When clicking the settings menu (upper left hand corner 3 lines) the app freezes. I have no way of accessing this menu. My friend also has the same issue.

mostly satisfied, but needs work
I have enjoyed quite a few book summaries on the app, and the overall selection of titles is impressive. However, some of the “main shot” summaries feel like some random person’s biased opinion of the content instead of an actual book synopsis. I hope the administrators will work on keeping the content true to the books being reviewed and less of the opinionated rants I’ve come across.

Best app I’ve downloaded, possibly ever!
I’m not one for hyperbole, but I’ve been using this app non-stop since I got it. I never listened to audiobooks before, and now I’m totally into them. A huge selection of great titles, they add more all the time. One small qualm is I wish I had the option to hide titles I have no interest in (certain political titles). Keep up the great work!

Keeps Freezing
Just downloaded but this app keeps freezing, and I have to restart each time. Can’t open the setting on left upper side. Several other flaws. Compared to Blinkist, the user friendliness of this app is 2/10 if Blinkist is 10.
