Possibly the cleanest, simplest, most easy-to-use design for a Sudoku iPad app. Instead of distracting backgrounds and bells and whistles, we’ve tried to re-create the pencil-and-paper feel of doing Sudoku puzzles.
But we’ve also included tons of advanced features to make gameplay easier.

Great Format
I like this version of Sudoku better than other apps I've tried because it permits you to put in possible options for the blanks.

WAS my fave! Ads are now disruptive!
I tried several sudoku apps, but I kept coming back to this one. If you enjoy sudoku on paper, you'll love this app. However, as of a recent update, a full screen ad with sound will randomly appear and you can't close it for 5 seconds. So you have to remember to mute your volume before playing this in a quiet place. I would have give this 5 stars, but those new loud ads are awful!

The game is very addictive!! But, it is fun and easy to play. I am 82 and really enjoy it; however, the notation numbers are really too small and definitely need to be LARGER!!!!!!! Also, make the notation numbers a contrasting color. Do what I am suggesting and make this old man happy........

Good features for solving
I really like this version of Sudoko. One thing is that I would like easy level to be easy. It seems that after so many games, you are moved up levels perhaps even into the hard level. I've tried to get back easy ones by deleting the game, but when I reinstall, it comes back where I left off - in the hard levels.

Scrambled Notes
I would like to see an option for the automatic filling in of notes. But, more than that, I would like to see consistency in where notes are filled in. When I do Sudoku on paper, I always put the '1' in the upper left hand corner, the '3' goes in the upper right hand corner, the '5' goes in the middle, the '7' goes in the lower left corner and the '9' goes in the lower right corner. Then the 2, 4, 6 and 8 go in their obvious places. It's less confusing and It makes it a more relaxing way to play the game. The way it is now, I feel like I am playing 'number search' as in 'word search' and I don't care for 'word search'.

Very nice Sudoku
I like this iteration of Sudoku. It is straight forward. The two things I like most are that the levels are accurate to the descriptor e.g., easy is easy, hard is hard. I also like being able to add several numbers in a box as I try to solve it. Very helpful.

Easy to use, but needs additional levels of difficulty
I'm no expert at Sudoku, and I'm solving the hard games in under 10 minutes. That tells me that this game needs additional levels of difficulty.
The interface is terrific! Very clean and very intuitive.
