Low resolution but now it’s better
I have this app in my Apple TV. Any video you play for the first 1 to 2 minutes it plays with the lowest resolution. You can’t watch at all. After 2 minutes it’s fine. But if you are watching a 5 minutes song and the first 2 minutes go off with the low resolution then you get irritated. Hope the app get better.

5 Stars for Quickly fixing the Apple TV issue reported
I am iOS developer myself from Kerala and understands pain of getting this work...
I had issue with playing movie on Apple TV, even with my 50 mbps connection. Activity indicator would show up near seek bar.
Initially i was suspecting their server is not able to keep up with demand, but when i play same movie on safari/google chrome, movie app was playing at HD Quality and no lags
I reported the issue by contacting them over email.. to my surprise, they reverted back, asked for screenshot. After i shared screenshot, like within 12 days or something, they pushed new build to Appstore. They even followed up with me to check whether issue is resolved... 5 stars for responding to email and fixing the issue (before my subscription got over)
I would suggest you guys to reset ratings on next app release, currently its 2 stars. Doesn’t makes sense

Bought monthly subscription but it still asks me to pay!!
The service is as expensive as the app is buggy. Not to mention the ghosting customer support.

Issues with Apple TV
I have been using this app from past 3 months on apple tv and the experience is great.
But from past 3 days any videos i’m watching is fluctuating between low resolution and high resolution. For a couple of minutes the video plays in high resolution and immediately it switches to low resolution.
I checked my internet bandwidth and I’m getting 100Mbps connection. Videos from other apps are playing fine.
I guess this issue started with your latest release. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Worst of all streaming apps…now regretting $64 I spent
In a truly heat of the moment decision, I bought the annual membership to SunNxt since Thiru (Telugu ) version is only on SunNxt…and I got bitten so hrs…can’t explain.
The app on the apple tv , the latest LG tv and all places only plays 30 seconds un-interrupted , and has been the most harrowing experience of all time.
Can someone please fix the dang apps to improve the experience, or else please find new developers from Aha, or Netflix and get this sorted, or at least please refund my monies, So I can sleep well with no remorse 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cannot Subscribe
When trying to subscribe from an iOS device keep getting error - Fetching product failed. Please try again. Terrible app.
The app support team is not resolving the issue with the app. Instead of fixing the issue with subscriptions via the App Store, being asked via email to pay using a web site for subscriptions. Thereby bypassing the App Store policies, App Store payments & forcing collection of personal data.

App keeps crashing every time it is opened
I have been waiting through so many app updates but this issue never seems to be fixed. I have an iPhone and an iPad and whenever I try to open the app it crashes. After many attempts it will open. This is very annoying. Every time an app update shows I would hope for this bug to be fixed but hasn’t been till now. On my friend’s iPhone as well this seems to happen.

What the hell. Casting movie does not work. I have Roku so I can’t use them on my tv. If I connect my iPhone to the tv through Apple TV connector it will say so crazy message like “switcho off screen recording device ....” are you crazy don’t know the difference between a tv connector that Apple company provides to connect to hdmi. I want o see on my tv and not on a mobile device does sunnxt have any solution for that?

Another serial that started well
Thalattu is another Sun TV fiasco which started with great promise with talented actress like Sruthi Raj. Now it is laboring like a ship without a rudder adding to the countless Sun TV serials which start well and collapse. Mr. Maran has lots of money to squander, it seems. The victims are the Tamil speaking annakaavadis throughout the world. Why can’t Mr. Maran stipulate that the serial should have exactly x number of episodes and the story has to be told within those episodes.

Worst streaming experience
Today, I subscribed to premium annual plan by ignoring other reviews. It is my mistake and am already regretting it. Live tv channels buffer and video quality is horrible. Even though it says there will be no ads, I am seeing ads whenever I try to open live channel. Ido have 1g fiber internet and my apple tv is showing 600 mbps internet speed. Don’t pay money to this app. It is worst.
