The pace and voice are great, and it’s really making a difference!
Simple language; calming voice.
I just got this app. I was looking for a PMR app so I didn’t have to use YouTube for meditations. I like how simple it is and $0.99 a month is extremely reasonable. The voice is really calming and I like that there’s a 5 and 10 minutes option. I like that I can see how many sessions I’ve done. I like the quote of the day. I really like the color layout.
I like how simplistic the interface is and that there is not an overload of features.
It fells like a personal trainer for relaxing. Nice App! Good work!

Good, but subscription is unfortunate
I’m a mental health professional and was recommending this app to clients, but I work with low income populations so I can’t anymore unfortunately. It’s a shame because i really liked the simplicity of it.

Very relaxing!
Was recommended to try progressive muscle relaxation and so happy I found this app. Really well done, not too long and very soothing voice. Also like that it's so simple and showing me how many sessions I completed.

Not worth it for a subscription
When I downloaded this app, the developer had not yet added the subscription limitation. Unfortunately, although the app is well-done, it is way too simplistic for a recurring subscription. I would be willing to pay a small one-time charge but too many other subscription based apps offer way more features.

2 min and 5 min same
I just downloaded the app and originally tried the two minute PMR and then wanted to see the five minute PMR and they were exactly the same. Only works on making fists. Not much of a progressive muscle relaxation session (coming from a healthcare professional)

Have to delete after 24 hours
I downloaded this app yesterday and it had no in app purchases. Today it has a subscription, unfortunately I have to delete it and move on.

The app has stopped taking subscriptions. One you use the trial it is dead.

The terms have changed and since not even the first users will be grandfathered to use the app without a subscription, I will have to stop using it. The content provided does not justify the price, personally. Probably as a one time purchase, but not as a monthly expense.
