I love this Game
I really love this game.... I play all day everyday... But there are some things I wish wasn't a thing like when we go to the supplier and I pay for a day of supplies why do I have to wait a whole hour for him to be ready again... That means I'm not really getting my moneys worth he's sleep more than I'm able to get stuff especially if I only have 24 hours.. It's not fair I'm buying coins to get 24 hours or even 5 days and he's sleep for a whole hour every time I want something... I'm not saying he shouldn't rest after searches but a whole hour is excessive especially if you're not pausing the time I spent gems for..... also it seems like all the customers only goes to one cashier even tho their is about 3 or 4 cashiers please can you make an update so they can spread out so I can get them out the store faster... also it would be nice if we could get more customers to get rid of the groceries in the supermarket a little bit quicker so we could get rid of the stuff in the storage quicker as well... Please and Thank you!

A Bug in the Market
So to start off, I really love this game. The fact that it’s a market and a farm is really neat. Some of the wait times for the factories (even with the upgrades) are kind of ridiculous though. Especially with how often we need items like cheese, sugar, and candy. It seems impossible to keep up with the demand for everything we’re making. It seems like it would be really helpful if each factory had a second line like in the market for the shelves. This would really move the game along. Especially when filling online orders and orders for the airport.
Second, I’ve noticed a bug recently within the market. For instance, I had two orders requiring filled pasta. 2 Filled pastas happened to be for sale by the supplier. To build my stock that was in the pasta factory I decided to purchase the pasta to help fulfill my customers orders faster. I put both filled pastas in the grocery section and my priority customer selected her pasta and both disappeared leaving my other customer unfulfilled. I’ve noticed this happening with corn, carrots, and butter too. For now I’ll be filling time consuming products one by one on the shelves. I hope the bug is fixed soon!

If you are looking for a game that is not based on energy, having to watch a ton of ads, or pay-to-play then this game is for you.
Grow crops and feed cows and chicken to gain the raw product you need to make food items in your factory.
Fill your market up with the items your customers want.
There is no need to spend real money as this game is playable throughout.
Gems are also available and given throughout the game as rewards. They can help speed up crops and factories.
There is a scientist that runs a lab where you can make boosters to speed up production of your factories or crops or even boost the money you make in your market.
There is a pet center where you can ‘adopt’ animals to also help boost certain things like crops and factories.
Mine ore, refine it, and then use your ingots to upgrade your factories at the university.
There is also online deliveries with trucks and an airport that you can fill to gain money and items you will need to build factories.

Good game overall
I really like this game! It’s fun and engaging enough to draw me in and keep me playing. I would give it five stars if the performance was better. Movement stutters and the game reloads, often losing progress erratically - being up to date on factories and the market but all progress lost in the challenges for example. Or I’ll close out the game right after starting longer crops and factory products, come back hours later to find zero time has passed in the game and there’s still nothing ready to harvest. The last issue I have is how often it erases my daily play bonus accumulation despite my playing every couple of hours round the clock. I’ve literally had the game glitch and reload while I was harvesting and I was back to day one. So I enjoy playing and I may or may not spend more money on diamonds but absolutely won’t spend more until I’m reasonably confident that I’m not going to be losing progress, particularly in the daily bonuses, airport and online orders.

Fun with potential - hopefully they will update with some improvements
Fun game with a lot of potential. There have been at least 3 times when I’ve opened it to play hours (overnight) after I had last played only to find that the game glitched and it was as if no time had passed at all. This was a bummer since I was waiting for longer items to finish and so I had to wait even longer. The Arcade needs different games. Hamster Ball is hit or miss and I don’t really enjoy it so I would love to see a variety offered. Wish you could send customers and online orders away like you can the planes - even if you have to wait longer to get another customer it would be so worth it sometimes! It would also be nice if you could rearrange the grocery store and see a complete list of all items needed for all grocery store customers instead of needing to click on each customer individually.

Good game, fixes needed
First I’d like to say this is a good quality game. It’s fun and for the most part it’s fair, you don’t have to watch any ads if you don’t want to and as long as you’re patient you can play for free. But here’s 2 things I don’t like about it though:
First, they put the button to spend diamonds (which I bought with real money) in very strategic places so if you’re not super careful you’ll end up spending diamonds when you didn’t mean to. It’s like stealing my money. And they obviously place them where they do on purpose, so you’ll lose diamonds and have to buy more.
Second, the “mini game” called hamster ball is complete garbage. Doesn’t follow the laws of physics whatsoever so you basically have to learn what force you hit the ball with according to the programmer. If you hit it too hard at a ramp with a slight incline the ball just goes straight up in the air. Ridiculous.

Fun game!
I love this game, it’s a lot of fun to play. I love the fact that we don’t have a ton Of commercial to watch. We only see a few of them when we open the treasure chest. And I love the how we don’t have to spend energy on the game.
The only problem I have with this game and it’s the reason why I gave it 4 stars is because when I set things up to be made or send my ships out to catch fish I will leave the game because everything is on a timer. When I come back on thinking that everything will be done so I can serve my customers. I noticed the timer never started it just completely stopped. This happens a lot and it is very frustrating. I was hoping it would have been fixed with the last update it it wasn’t. There is no way to contact anyone for this problem so I figured I would try here.

I’ve found that you can progress decently well without paying for anything, of course doing so certainly would speed up your advances.
The game’s balance feels a little off, especially in the beginning, the main problem seeming to be the dairy factory. It is hard to keep up with customer’s dairy demands without spending gems.
Paint brushes seem to be harder to come by than other construction materials, leaving you with an excess of the other two types while you have unfinished buildings waiting on the elusive paintbrushes.
The hamster game in the arcade needs some serious work, to say the physics are infuriating would be an understatement. It seems to come down to luck and memorization of the course on whether you will be able to complete the game within the given number of shots.

Meh
Was very fun in the beginning. Now im lvl 36. I only see where it goes to lvl 50 as far as unlocks, traveling to other places, buildings to use, knocking down Forrest to expand my land??? I mean what are your plans devs? I have half million dollars and no idea what to even buy with it. Even when you lvl up and unlock a building to buy, the buildings are simply storyline decorations. You cannot interact with them and they don't benefit you in any way long term. Im finding the planes and trucks to fill are too easy to complete. Just based off comparison to other games EXACTLY like this.... who's levels go well into the 700s+ ... give us a massive update devs! NOT JUST UPDATES ON SEASONAL clothing etc...... also, lets see some actual DECORATIONS we can use for Easter, Christmas etc.... not just a stone statue that transforms into the Seasonal style. LETS SEE SOME COLOR!! Easter eggs! Bunnies hopping around... for Easter. Idk, i feel like you're letting your devs be lazy.

Stealing your money
I have been playing this game for quite a while now. This is one of the first games that I have played for this long as I usually get bored with other games. I also spend quite a bit of money every month on this game, again because I really enjoy it. This really matters because I am on disability and can only spend so much money on games each month. Why such a low rating you ask? Because I had an issue not receiving the items I paid for. So I contacted customer service and provided a screen shot of the proof that I did indeed pay for said package but did not receive the items. They told me that the screen shot proved I received said items… um what? No it only proves I PAID for said items not that I received them. So in essence they are stealing my money. This is ridiculous and now I am not confidant that this wont happen again. Don’t STEAL MY MONEY.
