Note: This app is only accessible to users with a Sway account

Sway is an FDA-cleared app that reinvents the way athletes and patients are monitored for signs of imbalance or delayed reaction. YouSillyDelinquent,
Beyond frustrating
I had to use this app for a baseline concussion test for high school track this year. In comparison, the first few tests were okay, if not a bit redundant and brainless. Then… came that fateful reaction time test. All of them were bad, but this was the worst by far. The instructions were to shake the phone whenever the screen turned orange. Problem was, if I so much as moved an eighth of a millimeter, the app registered it and said I answered prematurely. This happened several times, each one causing me to fail that test and having to restart. Also on the memory test if you accidentally type the wrong letter there is no delete button and you must either restart or finish typing the rest of the letters and get the wrong answer, even if you remember correctly and know what the right answer was. Hopefully I never have to use this app again.

Athletic Trainer’s life line
Sway is an incredibly useful tool for athletic trainers who are tasked with managing concussions in athletes. This app has tremendous benefits, and it can save trainers a lot of time when it comes to baseline management and the return to play process.

One of the best things about this app is its mobile capability. This means that athletic trainers can use it anywhere, whether they are on the field, in the locker room, or even on the go. The app is user-friendly, so you can quickly and easily access the information they need to make informed decisions about athlete safety.

Another great feature of this app is its ability to objectively measure balance. Balance is a crucial component of concussion assessments, and the app's measurement tools make it easy to track changes in an athlete's balance over time. This objective data can be incredibly helpful in making decisions about when an athlete is ready to return to play.

Love the app!
Love the app and that it provides real time data. Only thing I’d like to see is the tests in different languages. I have a huge international population, and English is not their first language! Would love to at least see it in Spanish as well!

Best Baseline App
As a solo High School AT, this app has saved me hundreds of hours of sitting in a computer lab. Our student athletes can download to their phone and take a baseline or post injury test on site, no computer needed.

The modules have great instructions, and are easy to use.

I would highly recommend contacting SWAY and asking for a demo.
DormanAT,
Awesome Platform
We have been using Sway for about 18 months and love it. It has been a great system to perform baseline testing, sideline evaluation and post injury tracking. System support is excellent. Highly recommend using this system and app for concussion tracking needs.
Leander Walker,
Thankful we switched
We made the switch from another concussion management system this year and we couldn’t be happier. Easier on AT and patient. Wish we’d have switched years ago!
all things covered,
Sway
Fantastic program that needs to be utilized everywhere! As an Athletic Training Student, I have used this program at every clinical rotation and helps speed up processes for PPE and give great feedback post injury to provide the best outcomes for my patients!!! Sway is a Must have!

BHS Tennis
This was so lit doing it on the tennis courts. 27 budwards all putting their phones to their chests and closing their eyes. The T test was lowkey hard. Like I felt like it instantly covered both T’s so it was hard to tell which one was longer. Shout out to A train, Lennon, Noah, Ryan, Gabe, and Tyler they are the King. WHAT IS THAT MELODY!!!🎵🎶🎼
