Tülogy Hack 1.0.39 + Redeem Codes

Realized our large deck was separating from the house. With everything going on in the world, I thought it would be impossible to get someone reliable to come out quickly.

I put my project in the app, got multiple bids with an estimate based on my pics. I had someone out to my home the next day to confirm the project and there was a small increase from the original estimate because a picture never tells it all. They sent me the updated bid and you get to accept it to move to the next stage with. The app also gives you good documentation of the project cost and progress.

A big take away with this app is that you can find a contractor in one place and they bid to you after you submit your project. Trying to call companies individually only to get ignored or turned down because your project is too small is not longer an issue. Highly recommend this app and we will be using it again.

Tulogy has removed my review from a horrendous encounter we had with one of their “pros”. I don’t care that we didn’t utilize the platform the correct way. You carelessly throw around the word “pro” when Walt from Tulogy said himself in emails that Tulogy isn’t responsible for checking credentials of anybody that does work for them. They use Checkr as a background check service that let a criminal in our home. This same criminal who was supposed to be a “pro” had no business doing chimney work that caused us to inhale toxic fumes in our home and this same “pro” stole our money by not performing the work he said he did while also leaving a rag in a pipe that could have set fire to our home. These are the type of people you want working on your home Walt?! This isn’t about the money, this is about your business Walt which charges customers money without properly screening candidates and checking credentials. Big difference having someone paint a room and someone who deals with chimneys and carbon monoxide!! Get a clue and stop hiding behind your terms and agreements to get your company off the hook! You are charging customers a fee but also stating that the customer assumes all responsibility if the background check doesn’t pan out or they aren’t qualified??? And you want to charge customers extra to get a “better” background check? Absolutely ludicrous!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!

I couldn’t believe how easy this was to use!! I wanted to make sure I used it a couple of times before giving a proper review and can definitely say it’s made my life easier. You can on on or off the platform(I go through it for security), and even request an on-site visit. I think having the bids all in one place was the game-changer for me. and believe it or not zero spam🙌🏼. 5/5 def recommend.

People stop wasting time with this junk. Just got a mail from this company that now plans to charge 15 a month for access to their jobs. Oh and then you pay a commission on every job. Problem is in my major metro area they have a total of three jobs in the past three months. Contractors have to charge extra to service customers through these apps so you will always pay more than hiring direct. If you want the job done right for the best price HIRE DIRECTLY. I deleted my contractor account with this joke of a company. For customers they want money up front before anyone even performs work. Direct hired contractors don’t do that. Seriously any apps that promise to put you in touch with local contractors are total garbage.

But wait.. there’s more. On their website they post claims that contractors keep 100% of their bid price. Then on another page they tell you there is a platform fee of 7-13%. That’s how much more money the contractor then has to charge their customers to compensate. So 15 a month for access to no jobs AND THEN if you get one another 7-13 percent out of pocket.

Seriously.. biggest scam I’ve ever seen.

I thought this was an easy app to put you in contact with independent individuals looking for extra work. I just needed a guy to help my husband and I move for 30 minutes so went to use this app. I found someone but it wanted to use my credit card up front to pay before services were done. I spoke with the guy that I was uneasy about paying beforehand and we agreed I could bring cash (as my card number has been stolen before off websites as well) . I got an email from this company saying I could not pay cash, and since I told them I did not feel safe paying beforehand they deactivated my account as I asked them to do, but they did it spitefully on terms of “violation of policy” (in signing up I had no idea about their policy that’s why once I did know what they were trying to do I wanted them to deactivate) . The process isn’t consumer friendly just use next door or a community page where you don’t have to pay with credit card before a job is done , at least that is my opinion.

This app does background checks, yet it’s a third party company they use… they don’t back them up just pass the buck. We hired someone to do work. His profile was 5⭐️, background/criminal record “passed”. He royally messed up the job, used unsafe materials, lied about what he used and then come to find out he has a criminal record….. This company will not backup the support to get our money back bc we didn’t go through their app to pay him, they don’t care that he’s a criminal, just passing the buck to their third party company. Beware! Don’t use!

*EDIT Company is lying about us resisting to contact “pro”… we tried many many times via phone and text. We are taking this “pro” to court as the danger he put us in was worse than we thought.

Be advised…. You could possibly use Tülogy to look for someone to mow the lawn, dig a whole, something outside and something that couldn’t put your family in direct danger…. But be careful and don’t expect them to help you out, back up their claims, if something doesn’t work out.

This app takes a 13% commission, that is added to the contractors total bid. The worst thing is there is no cap. This additional cost is way out of line for something that only generates leads. I can understand 5-7% for processing the credit cards and a little bit on top to make some money after all that’s why the app is here, but that’s a ridiculous the standard for sales commission is 10% in this industry. These guys want more than what I pay my sales guys and all they do is generate a lead, come on. They’re cracking customers heads here.

Side note: It’s pretty obvious that they are putting there own reviews on here to boost ratings. Figured I would give the new platform a chance anyway, but after finding out the true cost is better to just go with Angie’s list. As customers I would recommend just going to community pages on Facebook save yourself time and money.

They pay people or bots to post on legitimate message boards or listings advertising the app. I am a contractor so this looks perfect. No money out of pocket and sure to get paid, when job is completed.

Yep at first, then they changed it so they get paid twice, 15$ minimum sub fee per month for contractors. On top of charging 7-13% to customers pffffff, on top of it until you purchase their “certification” for over $250 after they start charging every month, and your dependent on getting leads this way. You will not win any bids I could be the only bid on a job and not get it!!!????!!! Oh yea I did not fall for there bait and switch so no work for me……. No certificate from this B.S. app no one wants your help….

Getting

Very user friendly app. And a great way to line up gigs, which only lead to more gigs if a job is done well. But especially for someone like me, who is young and working on scaling up, but not quite “there” yet, this app was beneficial. Got me a couple gigs which went well, and those gigs have only lead to more and more work through word of mouth.

Highly recommend to tradesmen of any kind.

I’ve had a great experience finding professionals using this app so far. Submitting my projects online with detailed description, pictures and video and being able to filter through the different bids to find the correct person/team. So far I have had a deck staircase replaced and found a really great painter for my property. I’ll continue to use this app when I need work done.
