Where has this been all my life???
This app and the workout routines within it are absolutely AMAZING!! First of all, the app is simple to understand, and easy to use. Secondly, there is no subscription required. You can make a one time payment of whatever amount you feel it’s worth. Thirdly, the workouts are so quick, but incredibly powerful. I do two sections each time I work out, which takes a total of eight minutes of my time. And whatever muscle groups I worked during those eight minutes will be sore for two days. I used to spend an hour at a time in the gym, yet I never felt this kind of intensity from a workout. I have lost 4 pounds of fat in one week, with minimal changes to my diet.

Great App and Great Workouts!
I have been trying to find a workout app that doesn't cost money and you don't need anything for, and this app was working great! It works great! No glitches, no bugs! I'm very happy with this app also because it has GREAT workouts for you and the perfect workouts are included! Besides, it's so easy to follow and keep track of what they're saying! If you want to find ways to get stronger and not have to pay money and don't have anything for working out besides this app, then this app would be great for you Great job Tabata!

Hate keeping track
I hate trying to keep track of the exercise and time on top of it. This app takes all guess work out and makes things simple. The best part of the app is that it is not a subscription! That’s awesome In the world of having dozens of subscriptions coming out every month. Kudos to the creators for having the understanding and conviction to just say “pay what you think is fair!” That sold me right away. Good job and hope to see continued development of the app.

Easy to follow and no thinking
I like that it is clear, concise and easy to follow. The Pay what you can feature is also good so that you for that! Finally I don’t have to think, I can just do! The fact this this is all calisthenics means that it is beneficial for all body movement. Weights are great but using your own body to work up such a sweat is an accomplishment! Thanks for the app.
I’d love to see more updates it possible. New workouts or combinations or something like that

Seriously???
I have no idea what this app looked like a month ago... Perhaps, those “one-star” reviews were well deserved.
However, as of today- this is a 10-star application! Simple and stable, highly intuitive and effective, remarkably easily customizable!
Mix in some Rope Jumping, spice it up with a Kettlebell’s swing, and don’t forget about the pair of Dumbbells- there, you have it, your own library of Tabatas!
To the Developer: Well done! Bravo!!

Excellent App
This app is excellent enough to motivate me to write a review. I love: being able to listen to my own playlist while the robot voice shouts out orders. I like that it’s fully customizable so I can turn some of my favorite routines into higher intensity workouts. I also like that it doesn’t require notifications or uses any badges or Knick-knacks just trusts that I know when I am and am not working out and leaves me to kill it with my own style and flavor. Also it’s worth what I paid and I didn’t have to subscribe. Refreshing. Dope. Here for it.

Free version is limited, but the app is great
The individual exercise options are limited in the free version (which is completely reasonable...) but it’s easy enough to customize your own. The only thing you don’t get is the animation of the exercise. Basically everything else is fully customizable: workout length, interval rest period number of exercises, etc. The timer is not too irritating.

Game Changer!!!
This app and workout regimen is by far the best routine I’ve ever seen! The immediate pump and results after every session is one of a kind!! I’m completely addicted!! Who knew 4 minutes could accomplish some much results and fatigue as if I’ve done a two hour session in the gym! I’ve told everyone I can about this!! And will continue to share!!

No excuses
Because it is focused and short, I have no more excuses to not do it. I can pick it up at any point, even if I am done for the day, but feel I was negligent in the exercise dept. I can just do one or 2 areas and feel I am moving in the right direction. I definitely recommend this app, especially if you don’t want to go to the gym. Quick and efficient!

I work out more with this than anything else
Because these exercises are so straightforward, and it’s possible to do even the hardest thing for 20 seconds, I actually work out every day. I’ve never done that without a coach who made me do it, and I’ve tried everything else possible.
