Great new app
I’ve had my Tactacam cameras for many years now. I have used many generations of cameras with the same software on my phone. With the newer cameras you could see some stalling. HOWEVER, you no longer have to worry about that with the Tactacam Connect app! It took me about 30 seconds within downloading that app too connect my camera. It was incredible to see the ease of use with the new app. You can change the settings with a touch of a button, change the camera name to find the correct one. Zooming in and out on objects is so much easier. It even has a display saying how much record time and battery life is left on your camera!!!
This is going to change the entire game on Tactacam’s, in the best way possible!!

Keeps getting better!
This new app is better and somehow more user friendly than the previous version. It makes it so easy to choose which camera (5.0, solo, 6.0, etc.) to connect to and save the videos directly to your phone photo library.
The original app was great, but they continue to improve not only the cameras, but the software and apps as well to make it more user friendly, more efficient, and more configurable. I had no complaints about the last app, but now with Connect, it’s addressing things I didn’t think about. Constantly improving and it keeps getting better!

Fantastic App for all my cameras.
This APP, along with the best POV cameras available and best service in the industry is what makes Tactacam NUMBER 1!!! This app is so easy to use, i can literally download and review footage from a hunt, from the cameras within my reach to my phone within a couple minutes after a shot. The ease of use makes it simple for this old man. Thank you Tactacam for always making things better and easier to use!

Keeps disconnecting
I have the newest iPhone an updates along with the newest update for the 6.0. When I go into the settings and go back out to save the changes it erases the custom name I added and the 60hz never saves. When I’m controlling the camera with my phone if I push the button on the bottom right to go to video then back to camera an even zooming in and out it freezes up. When I push the button on the phone to record videos it looks like it’s working but when you hit the stop button nothing is saved.
Only way it does work is if I have the setting on to record on start up.
Video quality is great but… the app needs much improvement.

Sleek, Simple, the Tactacam Design Feel
The old app had much to be desired. Seeing as i was a BIG Reveal Cam guy, i was hoping the old app would look and feel the same. It didn’t. So back to the drawing board they went and now….FINALLY, it’s like the Reveal and the Footage cams came together to form one great looking and easy to use App to produce the Tactacam Connect. It looks good, it’s easy, it reminds me of the consistency of the Tactacam Brand. I love this company and this app!!

Pros ~ Great app, and reliable which is a huge plus out in the field. The company is always working to improve on a great product which is something every good company should do. The app is user friendly, easy to connect with cameras and download videos or pictures. It makes it easy to share videos or photos with friends and family consistently.

The app appears to be well designed. Making it easier to connect your Tactacam cameras to your phone and manage their settings. Great outdoor cameras with all functions adjustable through the app on your phone and start recording at the push of a button.

Tactacam knocked it out of the park once again. This new app is the most user friendly to date. So easy even a caveman can use it! 🤣👍 The app effortlessly walks you through the set up and connection process and will have you using your Tactacam like a pro in no time!

Easy to down load the app connecting cameras are easy. Simply the best out there great video easy to use and you can use your phn or remote or even just hit the button. Tactacam goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and make sure they are satisfied with the cameras!!!

New Tactacam Connect App
I find this app to be a huge upgrade over the old. Much easier to use and the overall design and function is much improved and easy to follow. Love how fast you can add new cameras, connect to WiFi, and organize your footage. A+
