I can log on the website no problem but with this app it does not acknowledge my login credentials.

Can’t log in
I’ve been using the website with no problem for years, and have now decided to download the app. I can’t get past the log in I’ve. It keeps saying username and password required even though I’ve typed it in. Disappointing.
