I set up a account in my name with one of my emails and I didn’t know that you had to put the child name on it in order to register a account and there is no way that you can reset it to use the same email so I called the representative and they told me how to do it and now that I did it the right way by registering it in one of the kids name and it’s telling me that I can’t log in on this app and due to unauthorized so what am I supposed to do now when I don’t have anymore emails to register the account under and it’s just a waist of time

this whole app is a joke. I am relatively young, very efficient with apps and computers, but this app is extremely poorly made and doesn’t function properly. I’d say 99.5% of the time. The login is the only feature that works. I’d suggest calling, you get everything you need accomplished and I assure you waiting to y’all to someone is much better than dealing with this app.

Takes 10+ tries to login and logs you out every time you close it. Take 20 minutes or so to even get in. Won’t stay on user if you switch to another family members benefit page.

But it’s the only way I’ve been able to order from OTC catalog ( but you need to have catalog numbers on you because you can only type in the number and search vs browse products)

I had this app for about 3 weeks and it is absolutely terrible. You don’t have access to any features. You can’t download your card image and the one that is provided is not the actual card image, it’s missing all the pharmacy information.

Terrible. Just deleted the app.

Not supported on mobile devices , had to use laptop to gain access via a desktop version. Profoundly difficult to register and setup account. Extraordinarily difficult to navigate. A digital abomination.

I had no issues installing. Works like a charm and as expected.

this app "provided" by sunshine health is horrible and is falsely advertising convenience and usefulness. Many including myself cannot even open the app up. There are so many complaints on your ratings !!! Please address your member's concerns!!! In this day and age, having a bad app is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and lazy in any established company.

This app will be useful to have, the only thing is you can’t log into your account,it just comes out as if loading and it stays on the same page.

Is the app down? I just created an account and I have not been able to login. It keeps telling me that an exception occurred and it is just staying on a loading page. I haven’t been able to get in.

I downloaded the app, set up my account. Every time I log in, I just get a loading symbol and an error message. I can put access my account or actually see anything at all. Waste of time.
